Kojiro's POV

I finished buttoning up the shirt to my costume and walked over to the bathroom door. I peeked in to see Kaoru in the middle of changing, only in his boxers. I smirked and opened the door, grabbing him on the hips from behind, "K-kojiro!" He yelled, not expecting me to do that. "What?" I asked, the smirk still plastered on my face. "L-let go. Or I'm not putting on this s-stupid costume" He said, trying to wiggle away, so I pulled his bare body against mine. "I would knock off your attitude if you want to be able to walk tomorrow." I said in a low voice in his ear. I felt him shiver and nod, so I let go and walked back into our bedroom. "I'm done" Kaoru muttered from the doorway, so I turned to look at him. He had his hair braided over one shoulder, and his purple dress on. "I don't get why you couldn't wear the dress" He muttered, walking over to the bed to put on his shoes. I just chuckled and sat down next to him, "You look beautiful Kaoru"

"Trick or treat!" The trio yelled as I opened the door for them. "Yeah. yeah, get inside" I said, laughing at them. "We have treats for you, but we'll give them to you after you guys are done trick or treating." Cherry said, walking down the stairs. "Holy" "Moly," Reki and Langa said together. "Mama!! You look so pretty!" Miya said, running over. Cherry smiled and hugged him, "Did you boys bring your sleepover gear?" I asked, leaning against the wall. "Yeah!" They all said, putting their backpacks onto the ground. "Good, now. Anyone that needs to use the bathroom, do it now or forever hold your piece" I said, chuckling. Once everyone was situated, we grabbed the candy bags and headed out.

We walked with all the kids in front of us, as they ran up to our neighbors house and knocked on the door. "Trick or Treat" They all yelled. The woman smiled and threw some candy in their bags, then waved to us as they walked back. I grabbed Kaoru's hand and continued on to the next house, making sure the kids didn't get hurt or taken. "Hey Ko?" "Yes love?" "Do you remember that one year when we were teenagers?" I smiled, "Of course I do" His grip on my hand got a bit stronger, but he continued on, showing no sign of crying. "Mama, Papa, look!" Miya said, running over. "Good job kid" I said, ruffling his hair.

~One and a half hours later~

"Boys, it's a little after 8:30. When you're all tired let us know and we'll head home" Cherry said. They all agreed and ran to the next house. I felt Kaoru shiver as a cold breeze hit us, "Here Baby" I said, handing him my jacket. "Thank you Jiro" He mumbled, putting it on. "Better?" He hummed in response and pulled my hand up to kiss the back of it. I smiled, feeling like a goofy teenager all over again when I heard a bit of commotion a little way in front of us.

Reki's POV

"Ahhh!! Langa!" I heard some girls squeal as we walked down the sidewalk. We hadn't realized how far away we were from Cherry and Joe, so It'd be ok to stop walking for a moment. "Uh Hi..." Langa said, standing beside me. "You look so handsome!" one of them said. "Um. Thank you?" "Omg who's that" Another said, pointing and laughing at me, "Reki, you know, the one from your class" I muttered, feeling my face turn a bit hot. "Omg, you look stupider than normal" Another one said, joining in on the laughing. "Hey Langa, whaddya say we ditch the loser and go to a party. There'll be plenty of hot girls there~" The last one said, giggling. "I" I knew Langa was bad with words, and I really didn't want to hold him back from having fun, "Hey, you can go if you want" I muttered, trying my best to give him a smile, but it was hard because of the tightness of my chest. "Yeah come with us" They all said, "We'd invite you too Reki...But only attractive people are really going" One said, giving me a dirty look. "Yeah that's fine. I uh, have things to do anyways" I said, turning around.

Langa and I hadn't even been dating for a whole year yet, so he might not know if he actually wants to be with me, so I'd rather give him a chance to find out. I began turning away when he grabbed my arm. "Reki, You have other things to do?" He asked, looking confused and sad. " Langa. You can go to the party, plus you'll have more fun there than with me" I said, giving him another fake smile. I could see Kojiro and Kaoru standing with Miya a bit away, staring at us. "Langa you're causing a scene. Let's just go" One of the girls said, grabbing his arm. "L-let go" He said, trying to pull away, but her grip didn't budge. "Stop it, Leave him alone" I said, trying to help my boyfriend who, by the look of his face, was uncomfortable.

"You ever think about doing something with that face of yours? Maybe then you wouldn't have to be jealous of Langa" One girl said, "Wait omg, do you think he's in love with Langa and he just doesn't want someone to take him away from him" Another said, bursting out laughing after. I let go of Langa's other arm feeling completely defeated. "Leave him alone" Langa said, sounding pissed. "It's not worth it Lang-" "Shush" He said to me. "Get lost. I'm not going to some stupid party with you when I could spend time with my boyfriend" He said, before realizing what he said. All the girls looked shocked and ran away. "I-I'm so sorry. I swear I didn't mean to-" Langa started, before I pulled him down and kissed him.

Cherry's POV

"Ew gross" Miya whined as we walked closer to the two boys. "Oh shush" Kojiro said, playfully covering his eyes. "You ok boys?" I asked, putting a hand on Reki's shoulder. "Yeah" they said, looking like two morons in love with each other. I chuckled and pushed them playfully. "Let's go" It's getting colder and none of you brought jackets, "Well technically mine does have a jacket because I'm a prince, and since Reki is my princess he can have my jacket." Langa muttered, earning a blush from Reki. "Oh honey," I said, once again putting my hand on Reki's shoulder. "You don't look stupid. You chose to dress as Cinderella with Langa, which is adorable and those girls are really the ones who were jealous. "Yeah, plus Mama and Papa dressed up as Tangled characters" Miya said, "Says the rascal in the pascal costume" Joe said, ruffling Miya's hair, to which he stuck out his tongue at him. I laughed, "Let's go boys''

We continued walking around for another hour until Miya started walking slower, and the other two boys began talking less. "Ok boys, let's go home" I said, knowing they were tired. While walking, Miya came up beside me and began tugging on my sleeve. "What's wrong hunny?" I asked, stopping momentarily. "I'm tired." He whispered, leaning against me. I smiled and picked him up. He wrapped his legs around my waist and laid his head on my shoulder. "Are you cold Reki?" Langa whispered to him. "A little" Reki muttered, so Langa took off his jacket and helped Reki put it on. "I should have brought more jackets," Kojiro said, sighing. "No no babe. You did great" I said, not wanting him to worry about it.

"Ok, everyone take off your shoes and bring your bags upstairs" I said, still carrying Miya who was fast asleep. "Here, let me help" Kojiro said, taking off Miya's shoes, then helping me take off my own. "You go get changed love, I'll make everyone hot chocolate to warm up" Kojiro said, kissing my cheek. I went up the stairs slowly, making sure to not wake Miya. When I got to the top, I noticed Langa holding onto Reki, whose face was flushed, and he was trying to hide it. "Hey boys, I know you're having a moment, but could you move that blanket off the couch so I can lay Miya down" I whispered. Langa moved it and helped me put down Miya, then went back to cuddling Reki.

"For God's sake" I sighed, getting frustrated that I couldn't get the stupid dress off. I felt the hot tears of frustration start forming in the corners of my eyes, "Kaoru" I stayed still, not wanting him to see me crying out of anger. "It's ok Sweetheart, let me help" He said, walking over and getting the zipper unstuck. "Thanks" I mumbled. He pulled me against his chest and flipped me around, before gently rubbing the tears away from my face. "I made you tea," He whispered. I smiled and nodded, before getting changed.

"So how'd you guys do?" I asked, sitting down on the makeshift beds Kojiro and I had set up on the ground of the open second living room upstairs before taking them out. "Langa and I both got 368 pieces," Reki said, putting his candy back in his bag. "I got 16 more than them," Miya said, giving me a sleepy smirk. "Come here" Kojiro said, chuckling at Miya who was struggling to stay awake. Miya crawled over and sat in Joe's lap, falling asleep instantly. Kojiro laughed again and laid the boy down in between us and covered him with a blanket. "You boys should sleep too" I said, laying down. "Yeah, I'm tired," Reki said, leaning against Langa. They both laid down and Reki made Langa hold him. "Did you boys have fun?" I whispered. "Yeah!" They both said. "Me too Mama" Miya whispered.
