"42 YEAR OLD WOMAN! BY THE NAME OF EIADORA GREY! HER LUNGS ARE FILLED WITH SMOKE! GET HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM FAST!" The nurse yelled while bringing her in the hospital. "Honey I'm going to need you to stay here! We will notify you immediately if anything!" She said.
I just cried on paddy's shoulder most of the time. Finally an hour later paddy's family came, Nikki, Dominic, Harry, Tom, and Sam. Of course they all told me it was going to be okay and that she was going to be fine, but how do they know! What if she.... No i can't think like that..
"It's going to be okay, she is going to be fine!" Nikki reassured me.
Which didn't help.
"Paddy i can't believe you went inside! You could have been seriously hurt!" Nikki said after.
"Ellie would be dead!" Paddy said.
While they argued I just kept looking for the nurse. I couldn't find her anywhere...

Four hours later.

"Are you Ellie Grey?" The nurse who had talked to me earlier said.
"YES yes!! Where's my mom??where is she??" i sorta yell almost shaking the nurse.
"She is in a room right now...she is getting ready for a procedure because there is a growing respiratory failure, but your mom is in great hands! I can tell she is a very strong woman" the nurse said.
"Omg...Can i go to her room" I ask.
"I'm sorry not at the moment, I'm sure she is already ready to go to the procedure, please sit down and I'll notify you of any sudden changes" the nurse said.

Not one word came out of me for 3 hours. I waited for the nurse to come back. But it's like the nurse disappeared again.

"Ellie? Your mom is in the recovery room, she is going to be fine!" The nurse said as a relief came over me.
"Really?! Thank you so much! Can I see her anytime soon?!" I asked.
"No but in an hour you can, I'll let you know!"

An hour went by, then the nurse came.

"Come sweetie, your mom is ready to see you, family only." The nurse said.

We walked into my moms room, her eyes closed as if she were dead, and her breathing as if she ran 100 miles. But I know she was going to be fine.

"Hi mom.. you probably cant hear me but I just wanted to tell you that I love you and that I'll be by your side forever" I said, kissing her forehead after.

I slept Over the hospital.
