Part 12

A week came by quicker than expected. I got all dressed up for school and made sure I didn't forget anything. Mom cried as the bus picked me up, embarrassing. As I walked into the school all eyes were on me, I was the center of attention. Honestly I don't remember anyone, as I walked to class people smiled at me and waved.

"Miss Ellie Grey, welcome back, we have missed you" the teacher said.

"Thanks ms...." I said trying to remember her name.

"Ms. Stone....Um why don't you take a seat please" Ms. Stone said with a worried smile.

Class was boring, after class I went to my locker and at least I remember that part.

"Hey" I feel a hand on my shoulder.

When I turned around, it was not who I expected.

"It's me...Dean, Dean Osterfield?" The boy said.

"Sorry not a clue...Umm what are you to me?" I said

"Oh umm....we are dating" he said like if he wasn't sure.

"Oh I was told I was single"

"We wanted to keep it on the down low" he said tucking away a piece of my hair behind my ear.

"Oh.."

"I was wondering if you would like to go to my house after school like old times" he said..this time he said it with certainty, what can go wrong?

"Hmm sure, let me text my mom first" I said.

"Yeah" he said as he kissed my cheek as a signal for goodbye. It was weird.

As I was deep into my phone texting my mom, i saw a shadow in front of me.. I looked up and it was paddy.

"Paddy right?" I said.

"Uh yeah...what was Dean doing here"  he said looking a bit angry.

"Nothing" i said, which wasn't true.

"Okay, want to come over after school" he said.

"Umm can't...I have...catching up to do for school, so im going to be at home..and I'm going to need no distractions" I said closing my locker.

"Oh...that's Um good" he looked so sad after.

"I have to go anyways, cya padster" I said as I walked to class.

-after school-

"You ready" said Dean as I walked towards him.

"Yeah"

We left in Deans car and arrived in his house, a guy came out of it.

"Hey bro- Ellie?" He said

"Um hi?" I said trying hard not to sound rude.

"What are you doing here?" He asks.

"Dean invited me"

He looks at Dean with a face of disappointment.

"Well come in Ellie... I'm just going to make a quick call..why doing you guys go to Deans room" the guy said.

"Let's go" Dean said.

-Haz's pov-
The kids went upstairs. I quickly called Tom.

"Pick up pick up pick up-"

"What mate! Im doing something with Paddy real quick" Tom said.

"Put me on speaker"

"Hold on Haz"

-haz on speaker-

"Ok so i heard Dean's car pull up on the drive way and when I went outside I saw Ellie!" I said.

"Ellie? But she said she'd be at home studying to catch up in school-" Paddy said.

"We're coming to pick her up mate, thanks" Tom said.

I hung up.
