"You should make a TikTok," he says as his fingers trail up and down my arm. "I have a TikTok," I say even though I know exactly what he means. "No, start posting videos, like me." I give him an incredulous look, "I don't want pictures taken of me, what makes you think I'll do videos??" "Because you're beautiful," he says sweetly. "And you'd be good at it." I raise a questioning eyebrow. "Whenever we watch movies you mouth the words in time and everything," he says knowingly. I blush, "I do?" He nods with a small smile, "you do. It's adorable." I roll my eyes, "I wouldn't even know how to." "I'll help you, I'm your boyfriend now, remember," he bumps my shoulder with his. "Okay," I sigh and give him my phone so can load TikTok. I watch as he goes to his own profile scrolls through it to find one to duet. He stops on the one of him dressed up as the Mad Hatter getting interrogated by the Queen of Hearts. He shows it to me, "you got these words down already. I just need some of your makeup to give you the right look."

"You realize you're wearing makeup in this video, right?" I ask him. "This was Halloween, complete different story," he laughs. "Makeup," he tells me. "Fine," I through my head back with a groan as I go to my bathroom and grab my makeup bag. I toss it to him when I get back to my room and sit back down next to him. He digs out a black eyeliner pencil and says, "close your eyes." I obey and feel him carefully press it to to my right eye. After a few minutes he tells me to open my eyes and smiles at the results. "Okay," he digs through the bag until he comes up with red lipstick. "Pucker your lips a little and don't move," he instructs. I obey and he puts some lipstick right in the middle of my lips, giving me what I assume is a heart shape. "Ready?" He holds my phone up. "I think so," I sigh and he starts recording. "We know Alice has returned to Wonderland, do you know where she is?" I mouth and raise an eyebrow which gets a good job mouthed from Chase. Mad Hatter Chase mouths, "I've been contemplating things that begin with the letter M. Moron, mutiny, murder, malice." On instinct, I mouth, "we're looking for an A word now. Where is Alice??" Mad Hatter Chase mouths, "who, that wee little boy? I wouldn't know." I mouth, "what if I take off your head? Will you know then??" The TikTok ends and Chase reviews it before showing me the results. "You did amazing!" He gushes. "You think so?" "I know so," he pecks my lips and I burst out laughing as he pulls away. "Don't move," I say and grab my phone out of his hands to snap a quick picture before re-opening TikTok so he can post the video for me. "What was that about??" He asks before he looks up and sees that some of my lipstick rubbed off. "Fuck," he groans before joining in on the laughter. "I didn't think that one through." He starts tapping on my phone screen before handing it back to me with a smile, "well, your first video is live." "How exciting," I laugh. "And I will be your first like," he says as he gets on his phone and opens my profile on TikTok and liking the video.
