We walk the mall hand in hand until we get to Victoria's Secret. "Hey," I stop in front of the store entrance, "can we go in here?" "Um..." he looks from the store sign into the archways where bras and panties are on display, "I... don't think that's a place I should be in. Especially after that stunt you pulled this morning." I laugh, "wait for me, then?" "Of course," he smiles and kisses my lips sweetly. He walks backwards and plops down on a wooden bench, "I'll be right here." "Okay," I smile before turning to go into VS.

I walk out of VS with a small bag containing a pair of black leggings with pockets, a couple bottles of perfume, some lingerie to surprise Chase with, and some lip gloss, to find him sitting exactly where he promised, scrolling through an app on his phone.

Before walking over to him, I snap a quick picture. I plan on making a TikTok with pictures and video of our day together to hopefully get more followers. He looks up when I reach him and smiles at me, "so, I've been thinking." "Never a good sign," I tease and bump his hip with mine when he stands up. "Ha ha," he says sarcastically. "We should get build-a-bears for each other, I think it'd be really cute." I nod enthusiastically, "that would be adorable!" "Okay, let's go, then," he grabs my hand and we head for Build-A-Bear Workshop. As soon as we walk into the store I see the bear I'm going to get for him, and he grabs the bear in the bin next to mine. I have him hold his next to mine so I can take a picture for the before and after shot.

He goes ahead of me in line and gets a voice box put in his and starts the process of stuffing it, including kissing the heart that gets put inside of it. I grab a customizable voice box to put in mine and record my voice saying I love you and follow suit getting my bear stuffed and kissing the heart they put in it. Once our bears are stuffed and sewn shut, we proceed to the outfit section of the store.

As we start to register our bears to get their birth certificates, I sneakily snap a photo of Chase, who's sitting two computers down. I name my bear y/n and give it my birthdate as well. I finish the process first and pay before he can see my finished bear. He joins me minutes later and we both walk out of the store, each holding one of those cardboard boxes they put them in at checkout. "Should we wait to open these or just do it now?" I ask him. "Let's wait, I have some place special we can open them at," he grins cheekily. "The beach?" I ask with a laugh. "Hey, all good things happen at the beach, remember?" He replies to my accurate guess. "Very true," I smile, "so why not manifest it?" "Exactly," he grabs my hand and gives it a quick squeeze, "so as long as there's nothing else you want here, you ready to go to the beach?" "Yeah, I'm ready to go to the beach," I smile at his excitedness.
