Nightfall had arrived, and Soobin got to his shared apartment with a tired body. He locked the door behind him, simultaneously remembering that Seokhwa would be with his parents for the night because it was his father's birthday the next day. Soobin wasn't used to sleeping alone in the room.

"… damn it…"

Soobin got to the kitchen, deciding to make himself something to eat instead of ordering take-out like usual. By glancing once in the fridge, he decided that it was best to order food. He sat in the living room, scrolling through his phone for what to order. However, he couldn't concentrate because he was alone.

Vici was right.

Soobin groaned in defeat, staring up at the ceiling. Should he call a friend to spend the night? He could call Yunseong — it was a guaranteed fun night with him around — but knowing Yunseong, he could reject the offer just because he's playing video games. Renjun was busy with an assignment, and Sanha would simply say no. Bomin was with his girlfriend, and Nagyung was with her boyfriend.

Disappointing.

There was one person remaining.

Soobin sighed, closing his eyes for a moment. "Just come."

"About time, you were alone for a while."

Soobin looked to his right, noticing Yeonjun sitting with his legs crossed. His expression was as smug as always. Soobin rolled his eyes, lifting his phone. "I don't know what to eat."

"Something delicious, I'll eat with you," Yeonjun said, looking at the phone. "I have no need to digest food as a human, but maybe I'll try it this time around."

"You don't eat? Impossible, I'll get the best food," Soobin said as he scrolled. "Doenjang jjiggae, kimchi jjiggae, radish kimchi… I can make rice here… bossam…"

Yeonjun chuckled, looking at the ceiling as Soobin processed his order. "The humans have really changed. For one, they've gotten prettier. I've never felt the need to be around a human like this before. You're interesting, Choi Soobin."

"I'm not interesting, you just like my soul," Soobin muttered, putting his phone down. "Let's watch a movie. Let's start Squid Game, since everyone's watching it."

Yeonjun, of course, had no idea what he was talking about, but followed suit regardless. They stared at the TV as Soobin began scrolling through Netflix. Yeonjun sat right beside him, putting his head on his shoulder. "I'm doing this. You can't stop me."

"Yeah, whatever, as long as you don't do anything stupid."

"What, like touch the lust in your heart?"

"Yah, don't say stuff like that," Soobin said quickly his face burning in embarrassment. "You gotta learn to be a bit less uncouth. Your words have no filter. You should speak less… like a god in your human form. Just… make me fall in love. Don't make me want you. It's just a matter of me feeling same as you."

"Fall in love…?" Yeonjun muttered, crossing his arms in thought. Soobin simply started the drama on his TV while Yeonjun still seemed to think to himself. "Soobin-ah, what do you like?"

"This."

"This?"

"Being at home, watching dramas, ordering good food, going to bed with the person you love… Ryuhyeon enjoyed just staying at home while I enjoyed going out for dinner and such. Eventually, I grew to love the home dates. They're my favourite thing now."

"Then I should show up more often, then," Yeonjun chuckled, looking at him with soft eyes. Soobin avoided eye contact, knowing exactly what he was trying to do. "Ah, Soobin-ah. Come on, look at me with those pretty eyes."

"Shut up, I'm watching a drama," Soobin said quickly, pushing Yeonjun to the side. However, the god somehow had an iron grip on him and pulled him with. Yeonjun stood up from the couch, pushing Soobin down and grabbing his wrists. He ignored Soobin's cries of protest, sitting on his waist and holding him firmly in place. "H-hyung, come on, let me go. Jeez, how are you so strong?"

"I'm a god," Yeonjun answered curtly, as usual. Soobin glared slightly, still trying to break free. "In your dream, you desperately wanted me to kiss you. Is that what you like…?"

Soobin looked away, his cheeks burning a slight red. "Y-yeah, but that's unimportant to you. Let me go!"

Yeonjun bit his bottom lip, leaning down further. Soobin relaxed ever so slowly, his eyes moving quickly between the empty space of the house and Yeonjun's lips. Yeonjun chuckled, wondering if he wanted to kiss him, anyways. He wanted to wait until Soobin 'had feelings for him', but he was far too impatient.

"You're so pretty here," Yeonjun muttered. "I wonder if I can take you, or you can take me…"

"Hyung, not now," Soobin muttered with flushed cheeks, "and I wouldn't let you top me, anyways. You did that once already, and that's more than enough."

"It wasn't in real life," Yeonjun pouted falsely, causing the other to roll his eyes. "Let the night take us where it wants, then. Whoever ends up on top can have it, deal?"

"What do you mean 'deal'? We—"

Yeonjun pressed their lips together in a soft kiss, but it became heated almost immediately. Soobin felt Yeonjun's tongue, but it wasn't gross at all. Everything fit into place just right. Yeonjun was far too skilled and it made Soobin feel weird. Yeonjun but down on his lip, his breath heavy with desire. Soobin finally pulled away, his breathing heavy. However, Yeonjun wasn't done.

The god allowed Soobin to sit up against the couch again, sitting down on his lap again. He planted their lips together again, expertly moving his tongue. Soobin yelped, feeling Yeonjun move against his lower body ever so slightly.

"H-hyung…"

Yeonjun hummed in thought. "Was that good enough for you? Since you enjoy kissing so much."

"Oh, it was perfect," Soobin breathed, ready to kiss Yeonjun again. "Not even Ryuhyeon was this good, oh my God…"

Yeonjun smirked, leaning forward once again as he reached down and unbuckled his belt. Soobin began his frantic movements to his pants as well, wanting Yeonjun more than anything at that moment. Yeonjun felt that desire emanating from his heart — from his soul.

It was beautiful.
