Chapter 2

After 2 months, My life's normal again. Di ko na rin nakita si Ferdinand Alexander Marcos III but still hoping.

We're here to attend my brother's graduation. Mama also went home for only five days. After the event we all run to congratulate my kuya.

"Kuya Ton!" I shout as i ran and hug him. He received it warmly. "Kumusta ka deng, Miss moko no?" He ask. (Ading or deng in Ilokano is way of respecting nakababatang kapatid or kilalang mas bata)

"Anak! I'm so proud of you!" Mama said as she kiss him on the cheek, Tita Joy is also with us. Kuya hug her tightly.

"Oh ma, you don't have to go back in London para magwork, mag ssweldo nako, then wait natin magraduate si Ading para makuha license nya at makapag work na din" Kuya explains.

Mama shook her head. "Nako, hayaan nyo nako, masaya akong nakakatulong sa ibang tao. Ang pangarap ko tlaga ang makapag tapos kayo at makamit nyo ang gusto nyong pangarap" She replied with a teary eyes.

Suddenly, A Police General come to us. "Congratulations, Police Officer Antonio Daniel Leal Argel" He said. Kuya Ton salute to him "Sir, Thank you sir"

We all went to eat lunch after, Tita Joy brought us to a Fine dining restaurant. We talked a lot of things and had a good time.

Kwinento ko din Si Sir Sandro syempre, Mama and kuya can't believe it, they were both happy for me naman, still hoping na sana sa susunod na makita ko sya may picture na huhu.

After five days, we went to Manila para ihatid si mama, sa airport. Malungkot man kelangan nya bumalik because she only have 1 week leave, Nurse ba naman, always busy.

Before she enter airport we all said our goodbye. "Ma, baka naman pag nakuha ko na license ko pwede ka na umuwi" I suggest, tears starts to form in my eyes again.

She hug me tightly "haan ka agsangit balasang ko (wag ka umiyak anak ko)" She said as she wipe my tears. "Ginagawa ko din to di lang para sa atin kundi para makatulong din, uuwi naman ako in right time, I Love you both" She added as she kiss my cheek, kuya also hug her.

After mom went back to London, we went home back to Ilocos. Kuya has a job already and assigned in a Police Station not far from our house.

Our house is simple, sementado ang hagdan sa side then may mga halaman, the second floor is the main place parang sa Tanging Ina movie pero in a Modern design. Four bedrooms, it was my dad's pundar. Mas pinaganda nalang when mom went to London. May garrage at gate din.

Sandro POV

I just graduated my Masteral Degree here in London. It was amazing, Mom and Dad are so proud of me. Dad suggest na ipapasok nya daw ako para magwork sa Senate so i have a background if ever i decide to work in Politics in the Future.

I received a lot of Congratulations greetings from a lot people in the Philippines and here in London too. But, there's only one person that I'm waiting to congratulate me. It's Gia, A daughter of my dad's friend in the Philippines, she  also graduated in New York last month.

I had a crush on her since we were both sixteen, only Vinny and Simon knows about my feelings for her.

I'm here in my condo at London, mom and dad went home the other day but i decided to stay for a couple of days.

I lay in my bed waiting for a sign to help me to be productive today, when suddenly i heard some notifications in my phone. I took it on the nighstand and open it.

Congratulations Sandro! I hope to see you soon. By the way, I'll be home in the Philippines next week. Hoping you'll get home so we can see each other.
