Chapter 85

Sandro POV

Monday Morning...

"Mahal, 7am na. Get up na dyan" I heard Athena's voice waking me up.

"Hmm.." I groan. I don't know why I really like staying in bed and hate mornings.

"Huy! Sabi ko 7am na, sa Senate ka pa ngayon" She reminds again. She took the pillow I'm hugging and remove the blanket wrap in me.

I don't have a choice, so with a heavy heart i get up and slip off the bed. I go take a bath first before eating breakfast.

When i get out of the bathroom. I saw my Polo and slacks on our bed, iron well by of course, My wife.

She prepared it while I'm in the bathroom siguro. When I'm done, I went downstairs to eat breakfast.

"..ood Mumning" Aleshia greeted, means "Good Morning"

Athena usually greets me first every time I enter the dining room, I think aleshia always hears it kaya nagagaya na nya, which is nakakatuwa naman.

Athena smile. "Good morning daw" She says. I lean down and kiss her on the cheek. "Good morning po" I smile to her as she giggles.

"Good morning mahal" I greeted Athena as I kiss her cheek as well, then take a seat beside her.

"Mahal, the usual ha? I'll be working till Friday sa Manila then four of my securities will stay with you here, update me everyday" I demand.

She nod while feeding Aleshia. "Okay congressman"

"If you need anything just text me"

"Yes i will, kumain ka na lang nga, akala mo talaga hindi ako sanay sa mga bilin mo" She laughed.

"I just want our family to be safe while I'm away" I calmly said. She held my hand resting on the table. "I know, Thank you" She sincerely says.

After eating breakfast, we all prepare for the day. Aleshia get ready for her home schooling day, Athena for her work and I at the Senate.

When my wife and I are done preparing. We go downstairs and say our goodbye to our daughter.

"Mela, si Aleshia ha? And if nagugutom sya meron sa cabinet, no junkfoods and painumin mo syang maraming tubig- uhm ano pa ba? Basta hanap ka nalang din ng pagkain sa kitchen o sa ref" Athena reminds.

"Yes, ate relax ka lang, kaya ko na 'to" Mela smiles. Athena nods. "Okay, aalis na kami"

I hug Aleshia tightly and kiss her both cheeks. I'm going to be away from them for the weekdays, it's hard but I have to.

"Bye nak, see you later okay?" Athena said as she sweetly kiss her.

Athena POV

We made our way to school first, before driving Sandro to the airport.

"Kuya, dito na lang, puno na daw parking sa loob eh" I said as I fix myself.

"Mahal, una na ako ha, ingat sa flight mo text mo ko kaagad pag nasa Manila ka na" I added.

He just stare at me and didn't say anything. "Ano? Tutunganga ka nalang?" I laughed.

"I'm sorry, I'm just admiring my wife" He smiles.

I can feel my cheeks getting red and butterflies in my stomach. I don't know what to say.

I push him. "Sus, bolero talaga Sandro Marcos, anyway I really need to go"

He move closer to me as he envelope his arms around me tightly. I lean closer and kiss him on the cheeks several times.
