Chapter 80

Athena POV

"Ma?.. Ma?" I heard Anton's voice. I gradually open my eyes.

"Hmm... What time is it?" I yawn.

"5am"

"It's too early in the morning, nak" I said. I look at Sandro who's peacefully sleeping beside me.

"I know, it's just that.."

"What?"

He look away nervously. "I received an email from Regent High School in London" He informs.

I quickly get up. "So? Did you already open it?" I ask.

As an enrollee, we enrolled different schools in London, but he really wants to study in Regent, where I teach before and up until now, Tita Joy is teaching there. Some of the schools we enrolled in, ask for an entrance exam. Pero sa Regent talaga kami naka focus.

"I can't, i want you and dad to read it for me" He says.

"Okay, wait for me and your dad to your room, gigisingin ko lang sya" I smile just to reduce the tension, because i can really see he's nervous.

"Okay ma, thank you" He smiles as he exits our room.

"Sandro, get up" I said as i wake him up.

"Hmm.. It's too early" He complains, he turn back and cover his head with pillow.

"Sandro, ano ba"

"What is it ba?" He asked.

"Anton already received an e-mail from Regent" I inform. He immediately look at me. "Really?! Where is he? Have you seen the result-"

"That's why I'm waking you up, let's go to his room" I say. He get up and slipped himself off the bed. He help me to get up and go to our son's room.

We enter Anton's room, where we find him sitting at his study table with his laptop, waiting.

Sandro went closer to him. "Don't worry, nak, whatever the result is, we'll accept it okay?" Sandro positively said. Anton nod and smile at him. He look at me and pull me closer.

Sandro open the email as both of us reads it.

Greetings, Mr. Marcos!

We are glad to inform you that you have passed the entrance exam of our school. We are happy to welcome you here! You may now send or pass your requirements through online or personal here in the school. Welcome and we are grateful for you to be part of the Regent Family!

Sandro and I look at each other with a smile. Anton is covering his eyes and let us read the message.

"So? What did it says? Did i pass?" He ask.

Sandro sadly sigh and pretending to be disappointed. I angrily slap him. Mang aasar pa kasi.

"Ouch" He mouthed as he holds his arm where I slap him.

I hug Anton. "I didn't pass, do I?" He sadly asked.

"Actually, you pass Anton!" I cheerfully said.

"What? Really? Then, why does dad looks like he's sad" He asked.

"Hayaan mo yan, Sandro will you stop teasing him, akala mo kasi bata" I madly said.

He laugh. "You passed nak, I was just joking, Congratulations!" He greets.
