"What's with the flowers? I already forgave you, didn't I?" Natatawang tanong ko sa nagbibihis nang si Cassius. He just chuckled, not answering my question.

I shook my head on him as I take a look of the bouquet again. It contains different variation of flowers. There's a note saying 'good morning to the most beautiful goddess'. I pouted my lips trying to stifle my smile.

Lumabas siya ng kwarto nang makapagsuot na ng damit pang-itaas. I still don't know the clear reason why he wants to marry me. We can't produce an offspring if that's what he wants and I know that he knows about that well.

No child will be inside of my womb because I'm certain that we're not destined. Hindi ako ang babaeng para sa kanya dahil ang isinumpang Dyosa ay tinakdang mabuhay nang mag-isa.

I grabbed my white bathrobe before I get inside the bathroom. I was under the cold water streaming from the shower when I heard his raspy voice from outside.

"Breakfast is ready. I'll wait you in our bed." His raspy voice sounds like a tease.

"You can go first tho." I talked back before turning on the shower again. The splash of cold water welcomed me again.

"I want to dig in you--Oh! I mean I want to dig in with you." He seconded it with a mischievous chuckle.

"You better shut up, Cassius Thunder!" I screamed as I felt hotness from my face down to my chest skin.

"A'right, babe." He chuckled again. Gosh, I want to take off his tongue and throw it somewhere far that he can't take it back again.

"Oh no, babe. Don't murder me in your mind!" Mababa ang boses na humalakhak na naman siya, I think he laid down to my bed again.

"If I can just kill you..." Umirap ako habang pinapatay na ulit ang shower. Nawala na ang relaxation ko dahil sa kanya.

Lumabas ako roon na nagpupunas ng buhok gamit ang puting tuwalya. Wala naman sana akong balak na pansinin ang bampirang iyon pero ang pang-aasar niya sa akin ay ayaw niyang itigil.

"Are you somewhat seducing me? I'm afraid I might be seduced." He mockingly uttered and laugh like an evil, he is. Tumigil ako sa paglakad ko at hinarap siya saka ko ibinalibag sa kanya ang tuwalyang ginamit ko.

His laugh echoed in the whole room, making me more annoyed.

"What? Do you want me to smell you using this?" Nakangisi niyang panunuya. I glared at him as I gave him a dirty finger sign.

Tila na naman isa siyang hangin nang sa isang segundo lang ay nakalapit siya sa akin. Hindi lang basta malapit kundi napakalapit na animo'y ang isang pulgadang layo ay ikakamatay niya. Kung kanina ay nakangisi siya ngayon naman ay seryosong-seryoso siya.

Hinayaan kong maglaro ang mga mata ko sa perpekto niyang mukha. I gulped when he suddenly touch my waist to pull me nearer to him. I shivered when the bridge of his nose merely touched my neck. I stoned to where I am when I felt him smelling me through my neck.

"But baby, I prefer to smell you this way." Paos niyang bulong sa akin na. Our gap, his presence and his voice made a hurricane inside me.

I force to regain myself back and when I did, I pushed his broad shoulder to make a distance between our body.

"Stop playing when in the first place, I'm not a game. Watch your steps, Cassius because you might trip." Nagbabantang sabi ko sa kanya habang hindi iniiwan ng mga mata ko ang sa kanya. Hindi ko siya pinakitaan ng kahit na anong ekspresyon.

Muling sumilay ang ngisi sa kanyang labi.

"Who said that I'm playing? And truth to be told, I'm already in the ground...." Nakangisi niyang itinuro ang sahig.
