It was late one night when Ella was stuck staring at her ceiling, a million thoughts racing through her head. She was trying to make sense of them, most of it was noise and kind of hurt if she thought too hard about it. She audibly sighed, rolled over and came face to face with her husband. An eyebrow lifted and a thought focused, why did her family seem wrong to her? Ever since that night when she was eight, something just ... wasn't right and she could never figure it out.
For years, she's been living with the nagging thought in the back of her mind that her mom was wrong, her dad was wrong. And now her son and husband were wrong, what was going on here? The more the thought festered, the less she experienced of this perfect life she supposedly had. Obviously, she loved her husband and her son but the more she looked at them the more she could no longer see them. She was searching for something and she knew she wasn't going to find it with them.

Adam peeked around the corner from where he heard the Doctor's voice coming from, Taludav was still in there so he back tracked to the room he just passed. He found what seemed to be a computer and he stared at it for a bit, weighing his options before he shook his head, there will be another time but right now he had to focus on the task at hand. He saw a ventilation shaft in the ceiling and climbed in with some struggle, he crawled towards the room the Doctor was in and tried to land as gracefully as he could when the deranged woman left the lab. The ceiling was a bit higher up than he was expecting as he almost let out a yelp when pain shot up his leg. "Find anything out?"
"Not much, just their plan to empty Ella out and use her as a skinsuit." The Doctor stated nonchalantly as he studied the inside of the machine Taludav thought he was going to fix just because she had leverage.
"That's horrible ... Rose went after her ..."
"She'll be fine," the Doctor waved off the danger the brunette found herself in.
"How are you sure?"
"Because their whole plan hinges on El accepting their idea of perfect. If she accepts them, they can crawl in. I don't know what they're showing her, but I know she would never just let them take her over." Adam nodded in understanding, he briefly heard the conversation that took place before he dropped in and knew that Taludav trapped Ella in a dream world.
"Okay, that makes sense. What are you doing," Adam wondered as the Doctor messed around with a device he just made.
"Well, right now I'm trying to figure out how to diffuse the bombs in your neck and trying to find out why they need me to fix this energy convertor. It looks fine to me." The Doctor turned the machine on its side and noticed some dial settings. "Hold on. What's this?"

Rose finally found the room where Ella was being held and immediately used the sonic screwdriver to try to get the device off her face, but it was really stubborn. An inhuman screech startled her and before she had a chance to wonder what that was, a gasp stole her attention. Her head shot over to Ella to see her eyes slowly open, a relieved smile spread across her face as the spider clattered to the floor with a sizzle of electricity. "You're back! Come on, we gotta help the Doctor."
Rose helped Ella to stand and the two left the dingy room and Rose led the way to where she thinks the Doctor was taken. Any question that the blonde asked was ignored while Ella adjusted to her shifting reality. As they walked, she thought back to the last time the creature unmasked and it tore down a building with its piercing screech. The deafening scream reverberated around the halls and rang in Ella's memory, that sound has been haunting her dreams. Suddenly Ella remembered what she discovered before she went under, "Ro ..." she hesitated.
