Chp 35

Today is the day of the meetup. We all get ready and head to the coke museum. We get a tour of the museum and vlog a lot of it. Then we test the different types of coke products around the world. Dad vlogs Lindsey and I trying them. Soon it's time for lunch. We go eat at the Varsity then we go to the aquarium. We look at all the fish and of course vlog. Then we head outside. Coke set up the meetup for us. They have a huge poster up that says "Internet Killed Tv". They also have a table with 4 chairs. We brought about 500 cards that have our picture on it (we presigned) and wristbands. Before we know it, the meetup begins. Two girls comeup to Lindsey and I and take a picture. They say they met through watching us. They tell us that Lindsey and I's friendship made them believe in real friendship. We give them tight hugs, wristbands, and signed cards. Then a boy takes a photo with me. He says his name is David and he's 14. "I've had the same condition as you for 3 years. I actually was announced tumor free this morning. Knowing I wasn't the only one going through this, helped me. Alanis, you're going to get through this and I believe in you. I also have to say it, you're gorgeous and you mean a lot to me." David says and I start to tear up. "Thank you so much, this means a lot to me. Congratulations David! I'm so happy for you!" I say as I hug him. I get his twitter name, then I follow him. I give him a wristband, a signed photo, and one last hug. I take a photo with him and I post it on Instagram with the caption "This dude is awesome❤️" , then I tag him. After many of photos and 4 hours the meetup was over. We head to the hotel because tomorrow we go home.
