Chapter 53

I walk to the front door. Danny opens the door. "Hey Alanis!" He says welcoming me in. "ALANIS!" Lindsey screams as she hugs me. She's squeezing the little scars on my arm because she's hugging me so tight. I try my best not to show pain on my face. "When everything is crazy at home, you should know we're here for you," tears fall down her cheeks as she says this. I hug her back. Danny shuts the door as I come in. Before I know it, the camera is in my face. "Look who's here to stay with us!" He says as he vlogs me. He turns the camera to himself. "Charles and Allie are on a date and we wanted to spend time with this angel. She's like our daughter we never had. Sweet child guys. Love her so much!" He says to the camera. I wave as he shows me again. Dad wanted footage from me. I pull out my camera. "Just arrived at Danny and Lindsey's. But most importantly here's the Meese!" I vlog as I show Mr.King. "We're gonna get some dinner then do a podcast'" I vlog me. Danny puts my bags in the guest room. I love these guys. I take a picture of me and their chihuahua, mr King. I post it on Instagram and caption it "THE MEESE!" We catch up for a few minutes. I start vlogging. "I need footage guys. Say something funny," I record them. Danny gets up to say something funny. He falls on his face and I get it on camera. We all start laughing till we're crying. As soon as our laughing fit is over, we head out for dinner. We decide on Chipotle and head there. I order a burrito bowl and so does Danny and Lindsey. I vlog us. "When in doubt, chipotle," I say as everyone laughs. We sit at the table next to the window. I pay Danny back for the food. We think of what we're going to do on the podcast. We decide on talking about my accident the other day, never have I ever, and today I learned. The looser of never have I ever has to go out in public and say "I LOVE PIZZA!" Out loud and change our twitter picture to an embarrassing picture. We finish and get back to Lindsey and Danny's house. We start the podcast. "Today were here with my best buddy Charles Trippy's Daughter. This is the beautiful and lovely Alanis Trippy everyone!" "Thanks Danny!" "Tell where the listeners can find you." "My YouTube is just AlanisMarie, my Instagram is AlanisTrippy, and so is my Twitter. My family posts daily vlogs on the channel CTFXC" "tell us a bit about you" " I'm 13 years old. I'm in 8th grade. I've had brain surgery. I've been filmed my whole life and I play softball but since the surgery I haven't played." Then I tell about what happened the other day. I tell about the ctfxcer that saved my life. I say his Instagram and Twitter , too. Then we move on to never have I ever. Danny ends up loosing. Tomorrow he has to yell "I LOVE PIZZA" and change his Twitter. We end the podcast. Danny and Lindsey start their goodnight. They point the camera to me. " as always when in doubt, chipotle is delicious!" We all laugh. The camera is off. Danny heads off to bed. I'm getting a little hot in this sweatshirt. "I believe you're getting a little hot in that sweatshirt aren't you?" Lindsey suspects. "I'm totally fine," I lie. She pulls my sweatshirt off. She gasps. "Like the new ctfxc tank? It's a dragon breathing the words ctfx c. " Tears stream down her face. "Where are those scars from?" She cries. "Fine. They're from me. I cut," I say as I'm crying, too. She tells me his much I'm loved and to stop. She wants to tell my parents. I don't want her too. Dad will kill me. Mom will be very upset. She kisses my forehead and hugs me as she cries on shoulder. "I have to tell them. Ill face them if they don't take it well," Lindsey tells me. "Fine." She wishes me good night and I get ready for bed. I take a shower, take out my contacts and put my pjs. I jump into bed with so much going through my mind. I slowly fall asleep.
