We set the camera on a tripod. We sit next to each other. The camera starts to record. "Hey guys, we have some news," I say in a voice trying not cry. Mom says what everything is and says it's brain cancer. I just look at the camera. Mel says that everything's going to be okay. Dad says that I'll do the same as him and beat it's ass. He looks into my eyes and gives me a kiss on the forehead. I keep positive thoughts like I should. We say see you guys tomorrow and turn the camera off as dad heads to his laptop to edit. Lexi and Lindsey follow me into my room. I call uncle shay on Skype. He answers. I tell him what's going on. I know I can always talk to Shay. He said he'll pray for me. I tell him thank you. We tell each other that we love each other and end the call. |
it's now the day. The viewers find out. Dad gets the vlog up early. Tweets pour in. I feel a little better. I tear up reading them. I go in my room and bring my camera.
