"And so...I told her earlier this morning. Just as I had thought, she wasn't surprised."
"WHAT??"
There was a large, large frown on Jungkook's face as he stared at his sister with the most hurt doe eyes he could possess at that moment. "You really told Minji you were dating Jimin before you could tell me? I'm so offended!"
"Ah, Kook, I was going to tell you too goofball. I just, wanted her to be the first one to know...after all, she saw it coming," Solbi giggled sheepishly, a small tint of a blush at the rims of her cheeks.
"I think anyone could have seen that one coming," Yoongi, who was sitting next to Jungkook across from her, told with a wad of food in his mouth. A pleasant sight.
"Like you and Jisoo were such a surprise!" Solbi gave him a look, causing Yoongi to glare back. "Hey, what's with you and flipping conversations around on me...!" the boy panicked, choking a little on the food.
"Either way, people! Either way! I only now found this out after it's been an entire day! I feel hurt," Jungkook faked a small whine, holding his chest only for Solbi to smack his hand off. "OW!"
"That's what you get for being so silly. Now, I don't need you to become all overprotective over me now, got that?" Solbi reminded.
"Pfft, please. Since when am I an overprotective person," Jungkook asked and Yoongi let out a sudden cackle. "Yeah, okay. Okay," the older sipped some juice with a smug expression.
"Well maybe, maybe being overprotective is what makes a good hero anyway! So if that's the case then sure! I am!"
"No need to prove it or anything. The reason why I even mentioned it was to get you to NOT be," Solbi facepalmed. "Listen to me, Jungkook. I know how you get about this kind of thing. But remember, it's Jimin. Your friend."
"Right. Right. Of course, it makes no difference," Jungkook told cockily with a "pssh" as he leaned back into his seat.
"No matter how old we are, you two will still find some way to argue or...or taunt one another," Yoongi mentioned in an almost mumble as he poked around his plate.
At that moment, a group of four approached them seeming a bit off...tired, and as if they had come back from hell in one piece. Of course, Hoseok, Chaeah, Song, and Taehyung.
"Woah...where have you all been?" Solbi asked.
"It's a long story," Chaeah sighed, sitting down next to Yoongi who dropped his fork in concern. "Chaeah...why do you look so disheartened?"
"I'm more astounded than anything, please do not worry," she tried to assure him, only for Hoseok to sit down next to her and for Yoongi to notice him. "And you....what's with the scars?"
"Again, long story," Hoseok responded with a smile, per usual. Jungkook hugged onto Taehyung as soon as him and Song had taken their seats.
"Did we miss anything here?" Taehyung asked.
"Solbi told the entire world and THEN her brothers that she was dating Jimin!" Jungkook complained. "Tsk tsk tsk."
"Jimin, and Solbi? Why am I not surprised at all about this..." Taehyung hummed, and Solbi blushed more. "It was that obvious...?" she laughed nervously.
"EITHER WAY!" Jungkook repeated. "I was the very last person to know when I should have seen it all happen. It's my job as the big little brother to be there."
"Emphasize the little part," Yoongi whispered, taking a sip from his drink. "Anyways. You all look like shit, what the hell happened?"
Chaeah laughed a little awkwardly, "kind of one of those 'you had to be there' type things. Heheh. Enough about that of course, where is Jisoo? Or Minji or Jimin?"
