The outside sky was dark, even if it was in the middle of the day. There was dark gray clouds filling the sky and causing the trees to shake roughly and for wind to carry small objects through the air.

On this day, Taehyung stepped off of the old rusted bus that drove him through the woods to the address written on the letter delivered to him four months ago.

Glancing down at the paper again, he turned around to the bus driver. "Are you sure this is the place?" he asked. The bus driver simply shrugged before closing the doors and driving down the dirt road, leaving him on his own.

Taehyung felt a bit unsure as he grabbed his suitcase from off of the road and begun to pull it behind him towards the path between the trees.

"Take the road between the trees, towards the horizon sun you must—" Taehyung reads as he walked through the woods.

"—Follow the sound of the laugher, give into the lost...trust. This is sketchy," he scrunched his nose and stuffed the note into the pocket of his jacket again.

Taehyung continued down the trail of the woods, it becoming darker by the second the deeper he walked. "Follow the laugher...I don't hear any laugher."

Kim Taehyung was only twenty-two years old when he got a letter at his front door asking him to go to "The Academy of the Lost Heroes." He has heard about it from his brother, Seokjin, who mentored there, but he never thought of joining the school.

This was, until it happened.

Continuing to walk, the sound of birds chirping caused his head to lift up from the ground. From what he could see through the trees, was the sun finally shining through a golden light. "What..? How is it.."

Looking up, he sees pure darkness over his head instead of the sunshine on the other side. This caused him to grab his suitcase and carry it through the grass and leaves, going towards the opening where the bright sun was shining.

Once out into a clearing, the sky above him became clear as the sunset was shown over valleys and mountains in the distance, while on the hill he stood on sat a huge, castle-like school.

It was dark, almost looking like some sort of wizard school you'd hear about on tv or read in books. It didn't even look real, almost abandoned. Until the sound of laugher was heard.

Glancing over Taehyung saw a field of students using their powers for sports. One student used what seemed like air manipulation to keep the ball in the air while the other one breathed fire to cause him to drop it.

"I'm really here," he mumbled before seeing birds fly through the air, flying towards a girl sitting in the grass and they land on her held out arms. It truly seemed like a dream.

"This is the place...why did they want me here so badly?" he wondered, before finding himself going towards the grand doors held open by what seemed to be bodyguards.

After stepping into the school, he could really see the students walking passed in their uniforms that matched the one he had changed into. There were many types of students, all seeming to be his age. He wondered what kind of people they are.

That's when he finally realized, he had no idea what he was doing.

"Oh fuck uh..." he flipped through the letter but didn't see anything else except for the poem and the address. Glancing back up he saw a girl standing at her locker, checking herself in the mirror.

Taehyung approached her and tapped onto her shoulder, causing her to turn around with at first a face of disgust that turned into a smile. "Can I help you?"
