There was the sound of birds chirping. It was so bright, the sun was so bright.
"D-Dad.." a small cry left his lips when feeling the sun shining over his eyes, blinding his vision.
"Seokjin...Jin w-what do you see?"
"D-Dad I...it...what's happening..?"
"What do you see?"
"I see the sun..it's so bright," Seokjin cries out, and his father moved the sun out of the way. He noticed the bright light was not the sun at all, rather a medical light and he was in a room.
"D-Dad," Seokjin cries out, his voice shaking as he felt belts around his arms and legs tying him to an examining table. "I had this horrible dream and...it hurts b-but why does it hurt..?"
His father only stood there. Seokjin cried out in this weird pain, the sounds of the birds faded into ringing filling his ears as he sobbed out in pain.
Seokjin's eyes shakily looked down to his body that looked a little different, and felt different. "Why isn't it...warm? I can't f-feel my stomach dad."
Seokjin felt his heart racing but it was different, not the same warm rush but he could feel every single beat. It felt as though he was in a new body...not knowing that those moments of pain...those moments of indescribable feeling were actually the feeling of being alive for the first time.
The real Seokjin? He was gone, going wherever souls go after death, away to rest peacefully. This life however, didn't know any better. He was just a kid.
Seokjin tried to tug but couldn't get out of the straps, "p-please get me out."
"I'm afraid I can't do that yet. They are still fixing you, I did what I needed to do," his father finally spoke up, tears in his eyes and streaming down his face contradicting his calmness and tone of voice.
"Please help me...I'm scared..." he whispered with a shaking lip. "P-Pl..please..."
"You are born. Enjoy this feeling."
"B-Born..? What...?" the kid slowly looked over himself again, wondering what these feelings were. It was warm, hot, but so cold that it caused him to shake. His insides felt warm...all except one part that felt weirdly empty.
"Dad what happened to me?"
"Nothing happened to you. Go back to sleep now," his father said. Seokjin glanced up with hopeless eyes, his breath loud and heavy.
"It's okay now, son. You're okay."
Taehyung stood there, looking at his hyung with big confused eyes. Seokjin looked to Taehyung, everything starting to fall into place like puzzle pieces.
Seokjin lifted his hand only a little and waved. "Hi T-Tae Tae..."
Taehyung noticed the front of his hyung's chest was open with a blue heart beating even faster once seeing him.
His father noticed the two interact, and suddenly remembered the final piece.
The Magic Shop Taehyung needed.
Taehyung stood there, staring straight towards the court where Jin stood up slowly and covered his opened torso and closed it, though it would need repair.
No one really seemed by the fact itself...but rather Taehyung's reaction.
The mentors all look to Taehyung, the students too, and Seokjin who's face was unreadably worried.
