The buses landed on the sand of a tropical island located through invisible barriers outside of Korea. All of the students got off and cringed towards the sand in their shoes, but headed towards the sidewalk that led into the forest. Inside was a large futuristic building shaped like a dome with smaller buildings all around.

"You are all assigned a cabin, go toward the large building and look at the sign on the door that matches the one on your card," Yoonji told the students who all look down at their cards.

"We have the same one!! Look!" Jungkook excitedly said to Taehyung who smiled even brighter. Jackson looked to see his was different, making him sigh and Jungkook gave his cheek a kiss reassuringly.

Soon enough the students made their way to the large building in the center, who had other people who seemed to be superheroes from the use of their abilities. Inside the mentors all stood on top of a main stage while different halls went to all sorts of things. Like restaurants, rooms, and shopping. Like a huge mall right in the center of a tropical place specifically made for people like them.

Taehyung looked around with curious eyes, holding onto his card a little tighter as he tried to find where the building was that his room would be in.

"Everyone gather around! You'll be meeting the owner of this place, and the one who will guide you through your training exercises," Seokjin announced.

"I wonder who owns this place," Hoseok wondered as the Newbies all stood together.

"I heard that the owner is this legendary mentor like master P.D!" Chaeah excitedly told and Taehyung perked up. "I'm sure he will be excited to know the chosen one is here, huh?" Hoseok nudged Taehyung's side and the younger blushed.

"There he is!" a girl announced and everyone gathered around....

only to see a small brown dog appear on stage.

The Pomeranian cleared his throat, "welcome students to The Middle Isle!" his tail wagged rapidly and everyone stood there in awe. The legendary mentor...the owner of this entire island...is a small puppy.

"I am mastor tan!! It's nice to meet all of you! I have heard so much about you from my brother, master P.D," he told and everyone gasped.

"Brother? What the fuckge," Hoseok cursed and Chaeah nudged him with a pout.

"As you may be concerned, I am not always a puppy! I was cursed long ago, where during the day I turn into this, and at night I am in my true form," Yeontan told.

"Like in shrek."

The dog growled at Skye who shrugged. "I said what I said."

"Anyways, I hope you all have fun here! We have many activities planned for our students! But first there are a few rules you need to know," he begun and adorably pranced over to a board, causing a crowd of awes and coos.

"Well this is weird, P.D's brother is a dog?" Jennie asked but Taehyung was just there in awe with his jaw dropped, his eyes lighting up while looking at the adorable puppy.

"First rule, ranks do not matter here. A rank or lower, everyone here will be working together," Yeontan told and the A ranks kind of made a mixture of faces, along with the B students who were surprised by the sudden change.

"You will all be working together," he added before moving on. "Second rule is to never explore the island at night, for safety reasons of course. Only the beach is allowed at night—but don't be perverted," the dog told and a few guys laughed a little.

"But also because you may see something you don't want to see. The isle itself is alive in different ways, more than you know. So be careful," he added which sparked interest in a few people.

Taehyung, Jackson, and Soyeon.

Soyeon smirked to herself a little, tapping her long nail against her cheek. Rosé turned to her, "what're you thinking about?"

Soyeon only shook her head with a grin, anyone could tell she was plotting something.

"And third, rules on powers are more free here. You can use your powers for personal use as long as it isn't used for malicious behavior," Yeontan told which caused a mixture of praise from the students.

"It doesn't mean anything to us, we can always use our powers," Soyeon tells but Chungha nudges her, shaking her head as a way of telling her to hush about it. Jennie rolled her eyes, "she is such a bitch."

Jimin laughed before turning to Solbi, who was staring down at her palms with nervousness written all over her face.

"Other than that, you are free to do what you like! There are multiple parts throughout the day to have free time, but you will mostly be on schedule!" Yeontan told as the teachers passed around a schedule to all of the students.

Then, everyone started to separate and go their different ways. Going to their rooms to put their luggage away and talk to their new cabin mates.

The mentors watched as the students left and Seokjin stared down at the ground. Everyone knew it was hard for him to be here, it was hard for all of them. This is where they trained day and night, the place they lived for so long, and...L.H.

"Jin, are you alright?" Yoonji asked but the other quickly left, the mentors watching as he left and Skye scoffed. "Dramatic."

Namjoon glanced up to see Yoongi staring down at his card, holding it with both of his small hands which made his heart bubble. As soon as the younger begun to walk away, Namjoon couldn't help but to follow him with his eyes almost desperately.

All he could think about was their past together.

He could only see Yoongi's bright gummy smile, or hear his adorable laugh every time he told him a corny dad joke. The sparkle in his eyes when seeing his favorite food, or the way he looked while he was sleeping. The way Yoongi would stare at the night sky while mindlessly playing with Namjoon's fingers, or the way he looked when Namjoon and him made love together. It all felt like a lifetime ago...a lifetime that Namjoon didn't want to let go of.

So when Yoongi disappeared from his line of vision, he couldn't help but to do a double take, wanting to see where he was going. Call him creepy but, when your everything suddenly becomes nothing...it's not as easy as you'd think.

And it's all his fault.

"What's with the long face..? Aren't you the one who caused this in the first place?" Skye asked and Namjoon furrowed his eyebrows, turning around to face him.

"You don't have any idea what you are talking about," he growled and Skye rolled his eyes, watching Namjoon storm off but didn't notice the curious puppy standing at their feet.

Skye stepped back, not seeing Yeontan and stepped on his tail causing the puppy to shriek. It wasn't the first time they've accidentally stepped on him.

"Oh, sorry," Skye cringed and the dog pouted. "Who was that Namjoon was looking at?" the dog asked with a wagging tail.

"That's Min Yoongi, Yoonji's twin brother," Skye told and that sparked interest in the puppy who's tail begun to wag more and Skye noticed.

"Watch out, thats fucking weird man," Skye warned the mentor who scoffed. "Maybe my charm will get to him, and make Namjoon realize what he did," Yeontan suggested and Skye only shrugged and moved to join Taehyung.

His arm moved around his shoulder's and Taehyung blushed a little, not thinking too much of it while others were beginning to see the closeness between the mentor and student.

Jennie wondered how close the two really were.

"You don't have to come with me..my head is feeling fine," Taehyung told Skye who shrugged a little. "Eh, if something were to happen I would be at fault so...I'd rather be there," he responded and the two smiled at one another.

"If you say so..." Taehyung mumbled shyly, feeling a sudden race in his chest as the two walked to his cabin.

They had only been there for a few hours, not knowing what was to come for them.
