He was done. As much as this had been nice at first, he was done.

Fully, completely done.

Valentino wasn't meant for dating. He wasn't meant to have a boyfriend that he had to tell everything to. He had grown up a loner that didn't talk much, and that's exactly what he was. He couldn't change, and he wasn't going to try.

Especially not when he was already being accused of cheating.

"He had his arm around you," Casimir argued. They were at his apartment at the moment. It was nice, albeit small. It had a nice design with some dark red added to accent certain things. Valentino had been in there a few times. They had only been together for two weeks, but they mainly liked to go to his house when they could. It was more roomy and less likely for someone to hear them.

"He's a coworker," Valentino argued, arms folded across his chest. "And since when did an arm around the shoulders count as wanting to fuck him?"

"You don't think he was trying to come onto you or anything?" Casimir asked, looking just as suspicious as he did at the beginning of this argument.

"Oh please, Mir," he rolled his eyes. "He's been happily married for years now and he was the one who hired me when I first applied."

"And what were you two doing?" he asked. "Why did he have his arm around you?"

"Because he was comforting me," Valentino huffed. "If you really have to know. I was having a bad day and he was trying to motivate me and get me back to work."

It was an off day for him. He had been anxious and upset that day because he hadn't heard from Lou in a while. His coworker, Keith, was the only one that he really talked to. He could tell that Valentino wasn't being himself, so he pulled him outside to talk to him for a second or two.

"Why were you having a bad day?" Casimir's face softened for a second. "Darling, why didn't you tell me?"

"Because I don't want to tell you everything that happens every second of my life," he groaned. The way he talked was as if they were already married or something. It had only been two weeks that they were dating. They both still barely knew each other! They hadn't even been dating long enough for them to be having this argument, dammit. And he shouldn't have to deal with being accused of cheating already.

Just the thought made his blood boil.

Come to think of it.

"How did you even know that Keith had brought me outside to talk?" Valentino asked. "That happened at like nine in the morning."

"Well, I – uh," he stuttered a bit, eyes darting back and forth.

"You're watching me at my job now or something?"

"I was walking around," he said, looking a bit guilty. "I didn't have many phone calls that morning, so I was waiting for some appointments of mine, and passing the time by getting some fresh air."

"So, now you're going to be watching my work all day?" Valentino asked.

"No."

"Oh, I'm sorry," he spat at him. "Just when you're waiting for other jobs to open up, right?"

"No," Casimir shook his head. "I didn't mean that I'd do it all the time. It just-!"

"You really think I have enough time during my day to fuck someone else at my job? Or that I'd really want to?"

This was ridiculous. Valentino was never interested in anyone he worked with and he didn't plan on dating anyone from work anyways. You don't date where you work. That just leads to trouble. And just about every one of those guys there were not his type. Especially not Keith. He was almost his brother's age. And just the thought of that was enough to make him nauseous thinking about doing anything with him in that way.
