The room was dark, the clouds hiding the morning sun. It barely peaked through the heavy curtains, making it seem earlier than it actually was. The cold chill that the room had didn't help his desire to stay in bed. Neither did the slender body cuddled up to him under the covers.

A bed never felt so comfortable as when it was cold out and there was someone to hold. Casimir opened his eyes to see a tiny bit of soft brown hair peaking out of the blanket. The rest of the man that he curled up with the night before was tangled into him. Valentino might be thin, but he knew how to tie him to the bed with just those arms and legs. And this was one form of restraints that he could enjoy.

Most of the time Valentino always seemed annoyed or grumpy. There were so many things that bothered him. But when that head moved and Casimir saw a bit of his face poke out from the thick blanket, he couldn't help but notice how peaceful he looked. Casimir moved a little just to get in a more comfortable position, only to be met with a grumpy grumble as Valentino tightened his hold on him. He was enjoying this too much. The covers were too warm to even think about leaving, and that head that lie across his chest too soft and happy for him to ever think about moving again.

"I missed you too."

Casimir didn't know why, but those words struck him more than anything else in this world. He knew that the man might have missed him, but he wasn't expecting him to actually say it. It sounded different when he said it, too. It sounded as if those words meant something deeper. It could just be Casimir's mind playing tricks on him, but no one said that they missed him with as much emotion behind it as this man.

Not even his mother.

He dozed on and off for a little while, enjoying the feeling of being home. He wasn't technically home, but it felt like it with Valentino around. His body was so exhausted from all that he had done on his trip. He wouldn't be surprised if he spent the whole day under that fluffy blanket.

The sound of a door opening is what truly woke him up. His eyes fluttered open, heart racing as he tried to figure out whether the sound was a dream or not. It wasn't until he heard some more shuffling in the other room that he realized it wasn't a dream.

Before he could even try to wake Valentino up, the bedroom door opened. Just outside of it stood a shadow of a man with medium length hair. It looked like hew as wearing jeans and a leather jacket. That's all that he could tell from the little light that came through the window.

He was afraid, but, at the same time, he wasn't. There was something about this stranger that seemed familiar.

He walked into the room, heavy boots hitting the wooden floorboards. It wasn't until he was close enough for them to really see each other that their eyes met. The man had dark blue eyes. The same ones as-!

"He asleep?" the stranger motioned his head down towards the lump of blankets tangled into him. He was greying slightly, and his face showed his age through the lines on it. Other than that, though, he looked just like Valentino.

Casimir couldn't respond with words, so he just nodded his answer. This was the strangest situation he's gotten himself into.

The man nodded back at him and turned around, quietly walking out of the room. Casimir didn't know what to even think of what just happened. One second, he was relaxing and enjoying the lazy morning, and the next he was talking to a complete stranger that had randomly come into the room just to ask if Valentino was awake or not.

One that looked just like his lover, too.

"Come to the kitchen," he said right as he got to the door. His voice was lower than Valentino's, but it still had that demanding tone to it.
