You stood in front of your boss with your hands connected behind you.
"Kindly explain why you made the criminals we almost had escape?" He asked almost raising his voice.
"I didn't let them escape without a reason boss." You started as you looked at your boss who was listening at you.
"I did it to strengthen their trust. I believe that it is still too early to capture them. I asked for 7 months and at the end of it we'll capture all of them. I'll capture all of them."
He looked at you then he connected his hands before him. He didn't broke contact from you.
"Can I trust you with this?" He asked.
"Yes Boss." You responded.
"You should tell us what you have in your mind before we mistake something Agent 07." He breathed.
"You may go." He dismissed. You lifted a salute finger up to your forehead then after a few seconds you put your hand down.
You went out of the office with a thud. As soon as you were outside Katherine greeted you with a warm smile.
"Good morning Agent 07!" She greeted.
You looked at her for a moment then you greeted her back. "Good morning" You looked at her I.D then you looked back at her.
"Ms. Hasegawa." You greeted as you flashed her a half-hearted smile.
"It's such a pleasure and great to meet the Agent 07!" She gasped as her smile widened.
"Aren't you such a cheerful woman. I'm sure everyone in this agency became fond of you since you bring such a.." You looked at her hazel colored eyes as you tuck her loose strand on the back of her ear.
"Cheerful vibe." You smiled then you could see Kato from your peripheral vision making you turn to glance at him.
He had his usual cold and stoic demeanor.
You turned away as you began to walk away.
"She touched my hair!" She gasped as she smiled looking at your back figure.
"Isn't Agent 07 so pretty?!" She asked Kaito who only looked at her then he looked ahead as he began to walk.
"Hey! Answer me!" She smiled as she walked after Kaito who just ignored her.
