"Kai!" Kaito's father called as Kaito immediately ran up to his father, greeting him with a hug.
"Dad!" He smiled as he broke from the hug.
"Welcome home!" He smiled as he looked at his father.

"Young master, Your father has passed away." The butler reported. Kaito's legs turned wobbly as he fell from his knees.
"That's not true" Tears fell from his eyes.
"THAT'S A LIE!! THAT'S NOT TRUE!" He yells as he punched the floor.
"NO!!" He yells.
'That incident killed my father. They were aiming to kill my father and they successfully did it. Ran Haitani, killed my father and (Y/n)'s mother got mixed up into it.'
'That's why I want to avenge them both. As the heir of my father's company and as Agent 08'

You went inside the house with smile on your face. Mini greeted you, grazing her head on you side as you pat her head.
"Have you eaten yet?" You asked as you ruffled her soft fur.
"Was your date fun?" You turned to the smile and saw Kaito sitting on the couch with his eyes on the magazine.
"You're here? How long have you been here?" You asked as you walked towards him.
"I asked first. Was your date with Ran Haitani fun?" He firmly asked, lifting his eyes from the magazine as he put it beside him the he stood up.
"It seems like you've become too fond of him." Kaito said as he looked at you right in your eyes. You scoffed to the side then you looked back at him.
"I'm just doing my job. It's just an act Kaito." You said.
"Is it? Or are you still into him?" He asked. You were taken aback by his question but you coldly looked at him.
"If your smile was an act then why does it look genuine for me? If your laughter was fake then why does it sound so real for me? You were never the type who would laugh and smile that genuinely. That was my first time seeing you like that." He said as he coldly looked at you
"Have you forgotten that he took my dad away and he harmed your mother? He made us miserable." He reminded then he walked pass you as he walked out.
You only stood as you let out a sigh then you ran a finger through your hair.

"Do you really have to watch over me this late?" Mina asked raising a brow.
Kaito who was sitting on the couch clicked his tongue as he looked at Mina with irritation in his face.
