This book is pretty old already, meaning that the art in the first few chapters honestly looks pretty bad- atleast I think...
The design is very swag, they be one epic dude :))))

I don't really have anything to say, I already explained the design in my older chapter about UN, but basically they are based on different types of religions, from the wings and eyes to the clothes, while pairing that long, flowing overcoat with a normal business suit, accented with many golden decorations.
The five eyes above their head represent the Veto Powers, which are from left to right China, Russia, the US, Britain and France.
The only new thing is the golden floating laurel wreath around their head, which kind of works like a halo, whilst fitting with the flag design.
Also I am weirdly proud of how the arm that reaches up came out- I dunno, I really like how I managed the anatomy of it, it looks pretty cool :)
