Seren's POV

"Nakabalik na pala si Eoin from Japan."

"Eoin? You mean Ohisama of Political Science?"

"Yes, girl. Haven't you saw him yet? He looks way more handsome than before. I wonder if I could be his girlfriend. I mean, I'm hot and I don't look bad, right?"

"Yes, you don't look bad because you're hideous." I murmured as I passed by those cheeky little brats.

Bakit naman niya pangangarapin maging girlfriend ni Eoin? Mind you, she weren't suppose to call him that. Bakit? Bestfriend ba siya since nung uhugin pa kami? Hindi ba hindi? The heck?

"Looks like you're flying on outer space again." A familiar voice said that made me lift my head up dahil medyo nakayuko akong maglakad because I was looking at my shoes.

"Hey, Eoin." I greeted him back he just gave me a quick smile.

"I was looking for you, galing ka pala sa building nina Astro." He said and gave him a slight nod to answer. "Anyway, I bet you met Keiji already?"

"Yeah, kasama siya ni Stella kanina. What a coincidence, yung pinaka matigas pa ang ulo ang nauna niyang nakilala." Naiiling na sagot ko.

Well at least, not some other cheeky girl who will fantasize about being his girlfriend. Lalo pa't maganda talaga ang lahi nila.

"Ano yan?" I asked him the obvious.

"You're not that stupid to ask me what a ukulele is." Sagot niya na medyo natatawa. Anong not that stupid?

Tinignan ko lang siya habang tinatanggal niya sa case yung ukulele na hawak niya. As he pulled out the ukulele, I was amazed by the beauty of it.

It is the DeVine Hawaiian Koa Tenor Hibiscus 2003. Long name, I know, but I would die for it. Joke.

"Is it beautiful?" He asked me habang hawak niya yung ukulele sa harapan ko.

"Anong beautiful? It's gorgeous, stupid." I said, waiting for him to hand it to me dahil gusto kong hawakan.

Hindi naman siya madamot sa pagkakalam ko. Or maybe not?

"This is for you." He said and hand it to me. Wala sa sariling tinanggap ko yon at tinignan.

"Bukas na joke time. But it's really pretty." I said, still looking at the ukulele.

"I'm not joking, not even a bit. That's really for you. I have your name sculpted in it. Look." Sagot niya at pinakita sa akin ang parte kung saan nakalilok ang pangalan ko.

"Seren." I murmured as I caress it. "Eoin, you don't have to buy me this."
