This was it. You'd always heard stories of girls being kidnapped or murdered at night in these big cities. You'd never even considered you'd be on the receiving end.

The figure walked closer and closer. Your fear made you unable to move a muscle, so you stood there helplessly, your stomach dropping to the floor.

But then the silhouette came into focus. You were still paralysed, but suddenly terror melted off your body.

'Jungkook?' You muttered under your breath, his broad shoulders and tiny waist appeared, so familiar to your eyes. What... why was he here?

He came into your clear view, his delicate tattoos appearing first with chunky rings covering most of his fingers.

Your eyes darted up to his face and you saw a nervous look smeared on it. He had a small smile which lit his chocolate eyes up in the shadows.

"I'm not a predator, or a stalker, I swear," Jungkook whispered, crunching on the pebbles of the path.

Your stomach fluttered in your body and you let out a big grin at he sight of him. Your fear of being alone in the night evaporated and all you thought about was Jungkooks glowing cheeks.

"What are you doing here?" you asked in a gentle tone. His presence warmed you.

"My Dad didn't request a photo shoot," Jungkook said in a strong voice, ignoring your question. He had clearly thought through what he intended to say. He continued to stalk closer to you slowly.

You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion and tilted your head. Jungkooks grinned at your uncertainty of what he was saying.

"I didn't need those headshots you took of me," he explained. His gentle, soothing voice sent tingles down your spine.

"Huh? Why did you ask for them then?" You wondered, pulling your jacket closer to your body in the cold breeze. His words were confusing you.

Jungkook shook his head to the side while sighing and smiling and paused. He then looked back at you, dead in the eye.

"I wanted an excuse to spend time with you." He half said - half whispered. He was nearing you now, you could begin to smell his familiar, aromatic cologne drift with the wind.

His words made your stomach dance around as you thought you knew what he was hinting at. But you'd been wrong about these situations in the past, so you didn't want to excite yourself.

You couldn't control the smile that escaped your lips, though. Seeing this, Jungkooks grin got much wider.

"Why... why?" You spluttered, completely flustered.

He was inches away from you now, and stopped in his tracks. "You want me to spell it out for you?" He joked.

You nodded and he laughed quietly.

Jungkook took another step forward and his shoe brushed the front of yours. He never broke eye contact, this caused your cheeks to flush bright red, but you held it. The butterflies were getting more wild in your stomach, but you still were trying to contain them.

"I like you Y/N. A lot."

You'd previously always cringed at cliche lines like these, but this was no laughing matter.

His words danced around your eardrums and your heart skipped a beat. The butterflies were screaming and your smile made your cheeks ache.

"So have you waisted your money on those pictures?" You whispered, doing your best not to grab him in happiness and fling him around.

"Is that what your wondering about?" Jungkook giggled, leaning in an inch closer. You could feel his breath on you face, warming you up, even though your body felt it was on fire.

"I can't believe you're here," you murmed, unconsciously leaning in simultaneously.

You could see each intricate detail of Jungkooks face. The crevice of each mole and faint smile lines. But your eyes were glued to his lips. The smirk had vanished and was replaced with a serious and irresistible varnish.

"Me neither," he whispered, closing the gap between you both.

His lips brushed yours delicately. Sparks pierced your body as you melted under his touch. You lifted to the tips of your toes and pressed back with more urgency, you had no idea how long you'd been waiting and needing this.

His lips were so soft, and velvety, and everything you could have ever imagined.

Your ora danced around his body and you felt your souls grasp each other by the hand.

He slipped his hands around your waist to pull you closer. His palms were so cold, but his placement burned a flame on your lower back.

You wrapped your arms around his neck as your mouths began twirling and entangling with each other, perfectly in sync. They were small, delicate, soft movements. You were both gentle and he squeezed your bodies together.

For those few seconds, you forgot about everything and the city became silent. The breeze tickled your hair and your skin tingled where his touch landed.

For those few seconds, everything was perfect.

You both weakened at the presence of another and you pulled back to catch your breath.

His eyes darted up to yours, which were squinted due to the huge grin which had stricken your face.

"You just made my crush on you impossible to get over," you whispered on Jungkooks lips, stepping down from your tiptoes.

He chuckled and grinned widely at your statement. He loosened his grip on your waist, but didn't let go.

You ruffled his hair gently. It was fluffy and his waves smeared through your fingertips. You both stood in silence, staring at each other in the eyes.

He was so beautiful. That moment was so precious.

Looking into his eyes you felt like a dream was taking place. You expected the city to burst into song as your arms lay peacefully on his shoulders. It was so surreal and didn't feel true.

For those few seconds, you felt you'd reached eternal happiness.
