I went down to Jane's work the following day to take her and Maura out to lunch.
The guys looked at me weird who didn't know I was an intersexual. I just laughed it off especially I knew some had wanted to go out with Maura just to fuck her. One guy was envious and stated.
Detective Salas you banged both and now you are expecting three children. Dang your good.
I just smiled and went downstairs first to get Maura. I hear her raising her voice to Dr. Pike
and she hands him his pink slip. He was getting ready to slap her but Ken and I stopped him. I handcuffed him and took him upstairs to be processed by korsak. Korsak and the rest of the officers were pissed Pike tried to assault Maura. Jane cussed him out and told him he was lucky she was pregnant or she would beat the shit out of him. .

Jane goes in Halsteads office and gets what appears to be a verbal warning and for her to take the rest of the day off. Jane opens the door. Halstead let your wife no she will have to have someone to do the work and Jane slams the door.
Barry speaks with Jane to calm her down. Maura comes upstairs pissed at Pike and sees Jane beyond pissed.
We both tell Jane to calm down its not good for the baby and she needed to calm down too.
Yilena thanks. I had my back and wasn't expecting that. Ken and I knew that. When you get back, you will have to fill out the forms. I already did and have them here. I will be right back.
Maura knocks on Jay's door and he smiled at Maura and took the paperwork from Maura They spoke for a few than we all left for the restaurant for lunch.
Maur I have the rest of the day off and got a verbal warning. Jane you should of not done what you did. I know, but I cannot stand Pike as you know it and he was going to slap you. Yes. We ordered our food and talked about June coming down to do a few photos and to visit.
We finished our lunch and Yilena and Maur went back to work. I decided to make the best of it and went baby clothes shopping. I sure put a dent in my debit card. I went home and started washing all the baby clothes. I did my unborn son first then I washed the twins clothes and was folding them and putting them away when the gals came in. They laughed on how much I purchased and various sizes too.
Jane do you think you left anything left for other customers? Yes, Maur. I didn't shop how you two did last week.
I than laughed and they were quiet.

Maur so how do you feel now that Pike is gone? Actually good but don't quote me. The rest of the team is happy. I just now have to find a excellent replacement which won't be easy.
I already posted it on several doctor sites and already have 100 applications to review and that is for just today. Ken will have more work which I feel awful, but he says he is up for the challenge as long as it doesn't go pass this week.
I am going to in my room to review the other applications. The cut off date is midnight tonight. It's going to be along night. I will bring up your dinner to you than. THANKS YILENA.

We worked on dinner which didn't take long, since Jane had made the ravioli pasta last night and only had to make the sauce for it and cook. I brought Maura her food up and made her take a break. Jane and I ate with her once Jane brought our food up to her bedroom.

Jane this was excellent. I always did love and still do your nani Rizzolis raviolis that you are not allowed to teach anyone except for the offspring. Maybe my new nephew to be will teach me. He better not or nani will haunt him. Oh we wouldn't want that. No we wouldn't. You get back to your work.

Yilena and I took the empty dishes and bed tray back downstairs and cleaned up the kitchen and cuddled watching a movie. We fell asleep until we heard Maur in the kitchen getting chocolate ice cream with Graham crackers and whip cream.
Your twins are sure having some unique cravings. Tell me about. What about you? I am okay for now. thank goodness. I gained enough weight this month. So have I. Maura you are eating for two. Yes but I am even tired of shipping and that has never happened. The mayor emailed me to find a part time deputy coroner too. He said because of my maternity leave. I at least narrowed it down to fifty names out of the three hundred. I already set up appointments for tomorrow for here and already set the other nice thank you for applying.

Maur left upstairs with her actual dessert and we went to bed in our bedrooms.
