Amelia's P.O.V
I stumbled across the grass feeling arms around my waist making me giggle.
I smiled at Harry almost tripping over as he chuckled. Tonight was fun. It felt like all the weight on my shoulders were taken away for a while. Thanks to Zachary paying me a good chunk of money.
I did my best trying to avoid Theo. I couldn't bare to look him straight in the eyes after what I've done. I had to bug his phone when he wasn't looking.
In order to protect myself, I had to revert it back to my laptop. Lastly, Zack told me to delete everything and I was sick to my stomach. I some of the files but I do not understand anything.
Harry showed me the gazebo that was set up with fairy lights and helped me up the steps.
"Just stay right here and I will be back with a surprise." He said with a grin.
The cold breeze made me shiver to wrap my arms around myself. I look up at the stars admiring the way it shined through the dark sky. I have no clue how I will be able to make things work out. I feel useless sometimes. To my parents. To everyone. To myself.
Harry steps up beside me in the gazebo grabbing my hand bringing me back to reality. He brings me to the center and I felt the gazebo spinning being light on my feet.
"Here, I got you this" He said handing me a red velvet box. My eyes widen to the gift as I opened the box.
"What is this for?" I asked staring at the tennis bracelet and then back at him.
"Take this as an appreciation gift. You really helped the gang out" Harry said me look at him. "And I was hoping that you would join the Venios " He continued making my breath hitch and pause.
Why would I want to do that?
My eyebrows furrowed together. I was confused as to why he is asking me and not Zachary. This seemed a little weird.
"You don't have to give me an answer, now" He said making me less nervous.
He took a hold of my hand and brought me close to him. I let out a giggle making the box drop as we both kneeled down bumping heads. I started to laugh again while he had a worried expression on his face but it disappeared.
He started smiling but then shoved the box in his pocket. He started staring at someone behind me making me turn around.
"Harry! Step away from her. NOW" Theodore demanded running towards the gazebo. Panic flood my mind by the way he was marching here. Does he know?
Harry's arm wrapped around my chest, making my back lean against his chest. He grabbed my neck applying pressure and I winced to pain of a needle being shoved in the area. I felt my knees become weak starting to panic as Harry laid me flat on the ground. Vison blurry. My body numb. I need to stay awake. Please. I begged.
"NOOO FUCK" Theodore screamed out of breath. He dropped to his knees and held my body close to his chest . I couldn't move my lips to say anything watching and my body felt paralyzed. Harry pulled out his gun from under his suit making me start to worry. I look up at Theo as he let go of me gently standing up. Theo pulled out his gun making my mind starting to spiral. This isn't going to end right.
Theodore didn't dare to move and cautiously look back at me. I started to feel lightheaded making me close my eyes fading out.
*Blink*
* Open*
There is blood on the floor. But Who's?
I scanned the gazebo as Harry has Theodore on the ground knocking the gun to the other side. Theodore's head turn to look at me and for a second, it felt like an unusual feeling. Harry takes out a bag of cocaine from Theo's jacket pocket.
"I'll give you whatever" Theo said desperately. He broke eye contact with me making me scared , again. I didn't want anyone getting hurt.
"Give me the antidote and I will give you all of the money I made tonight" Theodore said trying to get a grip of the handle standing up.
"Please, I need her" He continued as Harry sighed throwing him the needle with a satisfied grin.
I strong pair of arms held me tight with shaky hands. I felt the tears fall from his eyes onto my shoulders when he rested his head in between the croak of my neck.
I wanted to tell him not to cry because I don't deserve his tears. I don't deserve his sadness. I don't deserve his pain. I don't deserve him. I caused this harm on myself.
My eyes gently closed to darkness.
