Chapter 30

P.O.V/ Nicole Henderson:

Last time it was Dani's seventeenth birthday and in school Carly got into a fist fight with Mandy Carter. They were broken up by Kelly and Kevyn where they were took to the office and Mr. Vitaly suspended them both for a week. Then on mother's day Noah sent us on that strange mission at another strip club except it was a straight one. We seduced the men that Noah had targeted for us to vanquish and return the items. It was  cringy I have never seen that side of Kelly or Kim but it was alot of fun. Today is May 23, 2012 the last day of school then next month I graduate along with Riley, Sam, Valerie, Eric, Mason, Mikayla and Shelby it's Alex's graduation day too along with Lakein, Drew, Mandy and Brandy. It was a half day ending at 12:00 pm I went home and Riley followed me to hang out for awhile. About 3:30 pm Kelly and Kim come over to see Avery. Kelly is sitting on the couch with Avery as she talks to her. Kelly said " I can't stand the fact that Kevyn hates me... but I love her and I would like for her to be good with me like she should have been all along." Avery said " Do you think it will work?" Kelly said " It worked with me and I have been evil since I was born". Avery said " It's worth a try. I wish it could work for Alex but she's too far gone it hurts me that my little sister hates me but for a mom and daughter I'll help you. You deserve to have her in your life". Avery walks into the kitchen and Kelly starts helping her make the potion. Avery gets a pot and runs water in it then puts it on the stove eye and turns the knob to turn on the gas. She opens the cabinet that is full of ingredients of all kind just about you know my mom she is a potion's master. Avery takes some deadsea salt and pours some into the pot as it begins to heat up. She puts it back and Kelly hands her the Thyme she drops it in. Kelly puts the rest of the ingredients down on the counter. Avery picks up the Sage and pours it in then the Basil, Black sand, Snake skin, Black salt, Some holy water you known for the demon side then a Mandrake which is used for very powerful beings like Kevyn. Avery is stirring the pot to mix everything she picks up a dagger and said " Now all we need is your blood". Kelly said " Why mine?" Avery said " Even though you aren't a demon anymore Kevyn's blood is the same as yours so using yours will definitely make the potion work better especially because you are good now". Kelly holds her hand out with her palm facing up as Avery takes the dagger and cuts her skin. Kelly turns her hand up and makes a fist the blood drips into the pot and makes it turn a dark red. The cut on Kelly's hand disappears along with the blood like it was never there. Avery mixes it all together then turns off the heat moving the pot back and lets it sit for about ten minutes. Ten minutes later she transfers the contents into a circular potion vial the color of the potion is dark red with the black sand swirling through it. She puts the cork in it and hands it to Kelly. I said to her " Riley and I can help you if you want us to". Kelly thinks for a minute then She said " I could distract her while one of you throw it at her". I said " That should work she will be more focused on you then us". Kelly looks at the time on the clock on the kitchen wall. She said " Damn it's 4:24 pm I bet she's back at her house". I said " Where Alex and the others could be". Kelly said " Either they'll get out of the way or they'll die.. I just want my kid back".. Kim gives Kelly a kiss then said as she looked up at her " Please be careful". Kelly puts her hand on Kim's face and kisses her softly she looks down at her and said " I promise I will". Kim stays there with Avery while me, Riley and Kelly teleport over to Kevyn's mansion. We teleport in the woods that surround the mansion it is an old Victorian with black paint and the shudders are red. Kelly scans the yard and the driveway where she sees Kevyn's black 2012 Lamborghini parked in the driveway off to the side of the mansion with Drew's black 2012 Mercedes-Benz Jeep. Kelly whispered " Damitt Drew's here". I whispered " We don't have a potion for her". Kelly whispered " But she can be injured or knocked out". We quietly walk out of the woods and around the right side of the house where the conservatory windows are with two huge shrubs that we all hide in without being seen. We are looking through the shrubs at the windows of the conservatory. Drew and Kevyn are standing there arguing but we can't hear what they are saying because the windows are closed. All a sudden Kevyn backhands Drew across the face making her head turn. She looks back at Kevyn with her lip now busted dripping blood. She walks by her and up to the door of the conservatory she opens the door and storms out crying. She walks around and down to her car where we hear the sound of it starting and pulling out of the driveway. Kelly is showing sympathy for Drew. She whispered " Kevyn is abusive like I was". She quietly steps out and we follow her creeping up to the door that Drew just came out. Kevyn has her back turned to the door as Kelly easily opens it. But Kevyn hears it She said without turning around " I thought I told you to go Drew... you kids don't know when to stop do you??" She turns around and sees us standing there. Kevyn glares at us evilly then said " You're trespassing". Kelly said "  This is my house". Kevyn picks up a paper that is the deed to the house with her name on it. She has her middle finger sticking up in front of the paper. Kevyn said " Was... as in past tense. Now get the fuck out of my house Kelly". Kelly said " Oh so now I'm Kelly?? you are so disrespectful".. Kevyn cuts her off " I learned from the best.. who in the hell do you think you are walking up in my house?? being good is about to get you killed old lady". Kelly shoots lightning from her hand at Kevyn and it hits her in the chest sending her flying off her feet and smacking the ground on her back sliding. She slides across the floor and jumps to her feet. She said " You are so dead"... Her face transforms into a demon with her red eyes with no pupils, the veins in her neck and her razor sharp teeth. She spoke in her demonic voice " I'll see you in hell bitch.." Kevyn roars in a demonic howl and dashes across the floor headed for Kelly. Riley and I move out of the way as Kevyn rams her shoulders into Kelly's waist tackling her to the ground throwing punches at her face as Kelly struggled with her to block the punches. Kevyn said " You just had to go and turn good on me!! you fucking bitch!!" Kevyn punches Kelly in the mouth and blood flings out on the white floor of the conservatory. I'm trying to throw the potion but I don't have a clear shot and don't want to hit Kelly. She finally brings her legs up and kicks Kevyn in the chest making her fly through the wall of the conservatory and land in the foyer. We run around and Kelly said " Now!!" I launch the potion at Kevyn as she is standing up. The vial shatters on her grey shirt with the potion soaking her shirt. She feels it working and quickly turns around She said " What the hell was that?!!" She is looking at her body as it catches on fire. Kelly said " It's for your own good Kevyn". Her hazel green eyes light up and she screams in defeat as she explodes into flames. We ran back into the conservatory to take cover. We look back in there as black smoke swirls around the room and there she is on her hands and knees. Kevyn quickly raises up on her knees she growls loud as the growl turns into a demonic scream. She transforms into her demonic side and yells in her demonic voice " Nooooo!!!!!!!!!!!" All a sudden she returns to her human form and falls back laying there on her back. A swarm of black and red demonic energy is expelled from her chest as she gasps. Kevyn is laying there motionless with her eyes closed. Kelly cautiously approaches her she gets down on her knees and puts her hands on Kevyn's face turning it to the right facing us. Kelly said " Kevyn... please wake up"... Her eyes slowly open revealing her hazel green eyes. She sees Kelly and is just looking at but not with evil. Kevyn said " Mom???" Kelly's eyes are tearing up. She helps her up to her feet and Kevyn is looking down at her. Tears start falling from Kevyn's eyes. She said as she cried " Mom... I'm so sorry"..... Kelly pulls her into a hug with her head laying on her shoulder as they cried in happiness. Kevyn raises her head up as Kelly holds her face with her hands. Kelly has her forehead against Kevyn's. She said as tears ran down her face " I don't care if you're eighty you'll always be my baby"... Riley and I are crying with them because this is so beautiful to see. All a sudden the front doors of the mansion come open and Drew is talking " Kevyn.. I'm sorry please don't be".... She spots Kevyn with Kelly. She sees Kevyn's face with tears and She said " Are you crying?? you never cry.. what the hell is going on here??" Kelly is standing beside Kevyn. Drew looks at us then said " What did you do to her??!!" Kelly said " She's good now". Kelly looks at Kevyn and said " Show her". Kevyn looks at her hands. She slings her arm at Drew and nothing happens. We are stunned Kelly said " What the?? I thought she was suppose to keep her non-demonic powers". Drew laughs evilly then said " You know what that means... she's fully human.. and she's dead!!!" Drew goes to attack and Kelly throws her hand up shooting a powerful stream of lightning at Drew striking her down. She smacks the floor and slides into the door laying there knocked out. Kelly said " Come on let's get back to the others". We all teleport back to my house with Kevyn who is now good but we called Dani over to check like she did Kelly. Dani and Carly arrive ten minutes later. Kevyn is sitting on the couch as Dani is on her knees holding her hands with her eyes closed. She opens them and looks at Kevyn with a stunned look. She stands up and said to us " She's definitely good and fully human there are no sign of any powers good or evil". Kelly said " How is that possible? she was suppose to keep the ones that aren't evil". Avery is looking at Kevyn She said " I know for a fact that everything was correct. Maybe is worked too well and stripped her to a full human". Kevyn said " I guess going back to my house is simply out of the question". Kelly looks at Kim then said " Yeah you can't because Drew or Alex could be there and they will kill you." Kim said " You are gonna stay with me, your mom and Carly". Kevyn looks up at Carly then said " You mean as a family??" Carly walks over and sits on the couch beside Kevyn. She said " I never thought I'd see the day. Where we could actually bond as sisters but I'm willing to as long as you do". Kevyn takes Carly's hand and gently holds it. She looks at her and said " I know I've missed on your sixteen years of life.. but I would love to get to know my baby sister for once". Kim and Kelly take out there iPhone and take the very first picture of Carly and Kevyn together. Kevyn has her arm around Carly as they posed for the picture. I said " I wonder where Kevyn's powers went??" Kelly said " Hopefully they disappeared for good".
