“So boss did you bring something to eat?” Eric asked as he entered my office. “
No but I am going to eat something with Tammi in a few minutes so don’t worry.”
“Good. Where are you two going?”
“Some place by the mall.”
“Doing a little shopping.”
“She is. New air conditioner.”
“Oh I see. Well not for nothing but I’m glad you're giving you two a chance.”
“I’m trying.”
“Thats good. Wait I thought she had your car?”
“She does.”
“She’s coming to pick you up?”
“No. I’m going to make my way there.”
“How?” He asked confused.
“Run.”
“Run?”
“Yes.” I said laughing.
“You know thats like ten to fifteen miles away right?”
“Yes. I’ve been to the mall before Eric. I haven't worked out in a few days. My body is craving this run. I’ll be fine.”
“You want me to look out for Blue for you?”
“No. Shes coming with me.”
“Really?”
“Yes.You act as if you didn’t know I ran.”
“I did but not fifteen miles.”
“Thats not far. And its not fifteen miles. It’s more like eleven.”
“Its not far if you're driving.”
“I’m use to it believe me. So is Blue I wouldn’t bring her if I didn’t think she couldn’t handle it.”
“Okay. Call me if anything.”
“Will do.” Truth was that I wasn’t going to meet up Tammi but I really was going to run to the mall. It wasn't too hot today since it was raining on and off so I felt safe to bring Blue doggy pack that she carried herself we were off.

“Oh my God it’s hot out here.” Sandra one of my friends said as we sat on one of the benches after doing a day of shopping. Although I didnt get anything. I was trying to save up. I didnt have a daddy to pay for anything I wanted. I didn’t have that privlege. I had to save my money to pay rent. I prayed that i passed my test. Soon enough I would be able to buy things I wanted and with my own money. Now all I had to do was find a job that was right for me. Deep down I was very excited even though I didn’t show it.
“It’s good to finially be seeing you.” Sandra said braking me out of my thoughts.
“It’s been a while. What have you been up to?”
