That night I decided to finally look through the papers I got from my aunts house. I felt I needed a brake from all this new found information but I was back at it digging through old papers some that haven't even been opened yet.

"Found anything worth looking into yet?" Tammi asked me.

"Not yet. Other then what you pointed out. One of them either worked for a mental institution or was in the mental institution themselves. I figured my mother gave me my father's last name and I had no idea this whole time." I sighed.

"What's wrong?"

"What if my father was crazy? What if I picked up that trait or something? There's so much I don't even know and I don't even know what I'm looking for."

"Let's start with the picture you showed me." She sat next to me and picked up the picture. "Look behind them. That's a hospital. Do you know your fathers name?" I shook my head. "Find out his name and then see if this hospital still exist. If it does they may have information on him. Or you can even try your aunt. Look and seen if this hospital still exist and see if she was ever a patient."

"So smart." I said leaning over and kissing her. "Thank you babe."

"No problem."

I did just that. First I found the name of the hospital and called it happy that it was still open. They told me that a Marry Townsend never was a patient but she always came to visit someone buy the name of Joseph Townsend. They assumed he was her bother. Joseph Townsend. That could be my father's name. I sighed. If he was my father then what was my mother doing with a man that was mentally ill? I then wentmon my laptop and Google the name Joseph Townsend from Texas and his picture popped up. He was emitted into a mental hospital in the early nineties, and since I was born in ninty-three that ment he had to go in when I was a baby. But why? I kept reading. An hour later the smell of food hit my nostrils making me look up from the laptop. My stomach suddenly growled. I stood making my way in that direction.

"Cheese burgers with rice and beans." She said as she continued to cook.

"No fries?" I asked smiling as I watched her over the stove.

"That's typical. Gotta switch it up."

"Okay."

"I figured you were hungry but when you focus on something you tend to neglect your stomach."

"Thank you babe." I went over kissing her on the cheek.

"Anything for you love." She turned to face me. "Find out anything new yet?"

"The man that's in the picture with my aunt is the one that was in the mental institution. If that's really her brother there is a good chance that he is my father. I don't know how to process this all just yet. I don't know how to feel. But that man is the one that use to come in my room whenever everyone was sleep. I always thought he was there to hurt me. But what if he wasn't? What if he just wanted to see me because I'm his daughter?"

"That's a possibility. But what if he was hurting you and that's why he was never allowed to see you? But he is your aunts brother and she loved him so she couldn't just kick him out. You know how some families are."
