Tammi
Later that day Lynn called me to tell me that she would be late to our date. The meeting went longer than I intensapated. I couldn't say that I wasn't disappointed because I was. I was already at the restaurant waiting. I was there for about five minutes when two familiar faces appeared at my table.
"Tammi?" It was Sandra and Rachel her side kick.
"Sandra, Rachael. What's up?" I tried to play it off like I was excited to see them when I really wasn't.
"Mind if we join you?"
"Well..." They already sat down before I could decline. Did Sandra forget the argument that we had? What was up with this woman?
"So girl what are you doing here?" She asked.
"I'm waiting for someone. On a date actually so..." I noticed that Rachel was about to get up but when Sandra didn't attempt to move she stayed put also.
"A date? They're late I see."
"Yeah. For good reason though." I defended.
"What's a good reason for being late to a date? Let me find out they stood you up." Sandra snorted witch made my blood boil. What gave her the right to sit here and try to offend someone?
"Actually my girlfriend is meeting me here."
"Girlfriend? I thought you were single?"
"Not anymore no." I mentally rolled my eyes knowing damn well Sandra knew I wasn't single. "But I am expecting someone so if you two do excuse me."
"Oh okay we're in your way." They made an attempt to move when something must have caught Sandras eyes. She looked mesmerized. Looking behind her I noticed Lynn. She was looking around. Once she spotted me she began making her way over but slowed once she spotted Sandra.

What the fuck? Getting to the table I stared at Sandra who just smiled at me.
"Hello again Lynn." She said braking the silence. "I like that outfit." Coming to I said.
"Thank you."
"Yeah you look nice." Tammi complimented. I was wearing a navy blue pant suite that filled out quit nicely. Three inch heels made me look taller in height.
"Are you going to sit down?" Sandra asked. I slid off my jacket and wrapped it around the chair before sitting. I then looked over at Tammi to find her face buried in her hands as if she didn't want to face me. Placing my hand on her thigh she finally looked at me.
"We gon try this again another day okay?" She gave a nod and I leaned in kissing her.
"Awe isn't that sweet." Sandra said and I glared at her.
"Why are you here?"
"I saw my girl and wanted to say hi." She answered referring to Tammi.
"I thought you two got into an heated argument?"
"That doesn't mean we still can't be cool." I paused and thought for a second before I hunched my shoulders.
"I guess you're right about that." Changing the subject I said.
"Did you guys order already?"
"No we didn't actually." Sandra said as she picked up a menu.
"I ah was just asking these two to leave." Tammi said but I held up my hand
"No need. Sandra already made it obvious that she was staying. Apparently she has something to prove tonight." I said and Sandra smirked without looking from her menu. We all ordered and sipped our drinks as we waited.
