Chapter 9

Lana's POV

I slept in happily, John kept his arms around me comfortably and I smiled contently. I had my John, and it was wonderful.

I woke up at around 10:00am, John was still sleeping soundly. I kissed his nose and then wiggled out of his grasp and walked into the bathroom. It was too early to check if I was pregnant, God knows if I was though.

I walked back out and picked my glasses up off the floor then placed them back on my face, they were thick box ones and the only ones I'd wear but I don't even think Rachel knows I wear glasses, just John, my family and a few friends from school.

I had sat back in bed with my book when the phone rang, I sighed rolling over and picking up the phone.

"Hello?" I answered

"Lana its Rachel" Rachel huffed

"What's up?" I asked

"I had the most horrific dream" Rachel sighed

"Which was?" I question placing my book down

"Well what happened was that Adeline said fuck" she whispered

"And?" I said with question

"Well myself and George sent her to her room, then a couple seconds later I was up in her room and she was on the ground, she was dead" Rachel's voice was shaky

"Jesus" I looked over at John who was waking up

"Come over to mine when you get the chance today, we'll talk about it then" I suggested

"Okay, I'll come over soon" Rachel said hanging up, John sat up and kissed my temple

"Who was that?" He asked stretching

"Rachel" I said plainly

"What did she want?" He questioned with a groggy voice

"She just needed help with something, she's coming over later to talk about it" I shrugged, John cradled me in his arms and nuzzled to the side of my head with his nose

"What about the baby? If there is one or not" John looked at me and I smiled

"I can't check now, I will when I'm eligible" I chuckled

"Good" John kissed my lips and got up

"I'm getting a shower, care to join me?" John smirked

"I don't know" I shrugged

"Come 'ere" John picked me up and carried me to the bathroom while doing so he trailed little kissed up and down my neck and cheek. Oh god I love him.
