Ciel released a seductive pheromone, trying to activate Sebastian's rut. The butler held strong, but had to hold his breath. The teen smiled at his struggle, and he leaned down and slightly nipped at Sebastian's neck. Nipping was an Omega's flirtatious way of grabbing an Alpha's attention.

Sebstian gripped the arms of the chair, physically restraining himself from pouncing on Ciel. The teen began to softly whine like he was in heat. Though he tried to hold it back, Sebastian's Alpha scent grew. Ciel grinned at his victory of triggering his butler's rut, but he wanted to go further with torturing him.

"Shame, shame," Ciel chortled. "You lost control of your drive, and now look at you."

Sebastian's face was crimson, and his breath had quickened. Ciel swarmed against Sebastian, whining and nipping, trying to get reactions. It wasn't until Ciel pulled at the hem of the butler's pants did he get the reaction he wanted.

"Please...young master..." Sebastian moaned.

The Alpha's stomach became warm as he claws sharpened and dug into the chair. A low growl escaped him despite his attempt to bite it back, and a slight grinding reaction made him swirm. Ciel copied him, driving him mental, but he kept pushing.

Delicately, Ciel stooped to Sebastian's ear and whimpered, "Alpha...Knot?"

Sebastian couldn't hold back his instincts anymore and grabbed Ciel. They fell to the floor, Sebastian being on top. The Alpha's breath was a mixture of heat and growls, and he ripped of the blind fold to see Ciel with a smug grin. The boy's doe eyes looked at the man with evil innocence.

"F-Forgive me," Sebastian panted. "I lost control."

Ciel sat up and shoved Sebastian off, but he quickly slid on top of him. "Maybe I can let it slide, if you promise me one thing."

"Anything."

Ciel bit his lip and leaned down, their lips only inches apart. The Omega cooed, "Follow all of my orders with out fail."

He paused for only a moment before adding, "And this is the view I prefer more. Don't ever overpower me again."

The Alpha was taken back but soon nodded and gave into the Omega's power. Ciel smiled at his butler's submission and stood. Sebastian took a moment to gather himself and slow his breath before staggering to his feet.

Though Sebastian had gathered his bearings, his face was still red and lewd. Ciel brought the man's face down, making it impossible to hide.

"I could get used to that expression." Ciel chortled before letting the Alpha go.
