The triarchy didn't have much knowledge on Pyrrhia, so they thought that a good chunk of the RainWings were still aggressive, dangerous assassins, who could (and most likely would) rebel against their attack. Instead, they got some very lazy, although sometimes disturbed RainWings who don't care for anything much. The LeafWing triarch, Triarch Hazel, decided to use these RainWings as easy entertainment.
Many powerful and wealthy LeafWings live in this district, as they see it as very exotic. Obviously, most RainWings live here as well, either living in the homes of LeafWings as servants, in the Rainforest Opera, or wandering around killing bugs as gnat-catchers. NightWings are similarly employed as servants, or more commonly, hunters.
Most RainWings are foolish and easy to satisfy. They don't need much, outside of adequate food, water, suntime, and medicine. Since the Invaders provide them with all these things, at first they didn't mind them. However, the Invaders don't give RainWings with another need: freedom, which makes many RainWings uncomfortable. NightWings, on the other talon, were extremely opposed to the Invaders, as they believed they were superior. As time passes, though, a majority of NightWings accepted their new life.
