At first, Cerulean Chasm looks abandoned, with a run-down welcome sign and various broken pathways connecting the holes in the walls. Inside, each hole leads to three rooms each: a sleeping room, a restroom, and tucked away somewhere safe, a storage room. Sometimes tunnels are also present that connect homes to other homes. At the back of the chasm, it gets shallower and shallower until the canyon disappears completely. With enough digging and swimming, one can find an elegant set of rooms, resembling that of the Deep Palace, to remind Prince Cerulean of home.

The chasm has around 800 dragons living in it, all thanks to the charismatic leader, Prince Cerulean believing if the Deep Palace was attacked, all members of the royal family would die, he established this community as a safe haven for himself, SeaWing nobles and any trustworthy SeaWings.
