The Kingdom of the Sea is currently free from Pantalan rule. However, its territory now consists of exclusively underwater areas, as Invaders could be patrolling above the water.
Of course, the Kingdom of the Sea is populated almost entirely by SeaWings and SeaWing hybrids. Similar to its ally, the Ice Kingdom, many dragons have moved from communities on the outskirts to the palace, resulting in overcrowding. Land portions that originally belonged to the Bay have been used by the Invaders as tropical getaway locations.
SeaWings, unlike their IceWing allies, are scared of confrontation with the invaders (or at least, the queen is). Most SeaWings don't mind being near the magnificent Deep Palace, and don't see the Invaders as lots of danger (as long as you stay underwater), unlike the IceWings, who see the Invaders as threats to IceWing sovereignty. However, there are a lot of SeaWings who want to rise up and side with the IceWings.
