The Eastern Hill District is practically the same as the Western Hill District. However, it is slightly colder, as winds blow in from the north, and it's quite northern overall. However, its borders are more easily defined than its western counterpart.
The southern chunk of the district is quite populated, with the SkyWing palace and the Diamond Spray River. Of course, most inhabitants are SkyWings, as they live in what was previously the Sky Kingdom. As it is in the Silk Province, SilkWings are also common.
Like the Northern Desert District, the Pantalans only had to take over Ex-Queen Ruby's Palace in order to subdue the SkyWings. Word quickly spread down the river, and most communities surrendered to the invaders, due to their large military sizes. Rebellions still sprout up, but they aren't as well organized as the Western Hill District and fall easily.
