Similarly to the Kingdom of Sand, the Sky Kingdom was extremely big, so it was divided into two. The Secondary Hive Province got the less populated side, since it was closer to the Secondary Wasp Hive. Like the Southern Desert District, its borders are sometimes hard to define.
All hives are close to the Five Tail River, leaving the rest of the district largely unexplored and left alone. Many inhabitants of the Western Hill District don't know about Queen Scarlet's downfall, let alone the invasion.
Dragons that are aware of the Invaders are largely indifferent, as long as they don't disturb their villages. However, as the SkyWings are quite violent and wrathful, rebellions are much more common than other districts.
The Hives in the Western Hill District are the Hornet Hive, Cicada Hive, and Mantis Hive.
