As can be inferred from the name, the Talons of Peace are committed to ending conflicts on Pyrrhia. They are highly secretive, not letting their existence be known by even the closest friends of Talons. Some were banished from their respective kingdoms, while some spied for the organization. Others still weren't loyal to the group and spied for others. After the Invasion, Talons send out assassins more frequently.
Around 5 years into the war, Nautilus founded the Talons to stop it and hopefully find a successor for Queen Oasis. Believing Morrowseer to be an actual prophet, he organized the dragonets of destiny. Woefully, three died, and the rest were forced into hiding. It was vital that the Talons were hidden from the Triarchy, therefore recruitment ceased.
