A small portion of SkyWings believe Scarlet should be restored to the Throne of the Sky Kingdom. The Supporters have various groups and clubs across the Hill Districts, and many don't know the others exist. They seek to join the Secondary Wasp Hive to meet up with Scarlet, and possibly free her from Triarch Wasp. Supporters also want to free the Sky Palace from Triarch Monarch.
Although presumed dead by her daughter, Queen Ruby, some SkyWings believed Scarlet was still alive, and actively tried to find her. Some SkyWings were captured and brought to the Secondary Wasp Hive, including Scarlet herself. Many SkyWings saw her disturbed face, confirming their suspicions. Some escaped and spread their knowledge all across the Hill Districts. Every day, SkyWings still wait for Scarlet's return.
