"I'm home! Clara took off her shoes and coat and she then walked into the living room. In the living room, Colin was sitting on the couch watching a movie. 'Hey. How was school?' Colin paused the movie and looked at her intently. 'Boring. What are you watching? Clara sat down next to him on the sofa.

'A James Bond movie.' Colin replied. 'Never seen it but it sounds fun.' Felt Clara. 'Hey Claar, Scar's birthday is in nine days. Shall we go shopping with Rose this weekend?' Asked Colin. 'Yes nice! I'm already working on a painting myself but extra presents can't hurt.' laughed Clara. 'That's what Rose said indeed. I'm very curious about your painting.'

'You'll get to see it when it's finished.' Clara promised him. 'I'll hold you to that.' Said Colin. Clara smiled. 'Where are Scarlett and Rose anyway?' She looked around the living room. 'Rose is still at school and Scarlett is with a friend. Scar should be home any minute.' Colin replied. 'Oh okay. I'm going to go to my room. I have some homework to do.' Said Clara. 'Is good. If you need any help you can always call me.' Said Colin.

'Thanks Colin.' Clara ran up the stairs to her room and she walked into her room. She threw her school bag on her bed and she sat down on her chair. She grabbed her phone from her pocket and she saw that she had an app from an unknown number. Clara frowned and she opened the chat.

Clara's eyes got big and she jumped up from her chair. Argusingly she looked around her. Who was this? Why did this person send her a message? What did this person want from her? Immediately all kinds of things went through her head.

Clara was startled and dropped her phone on the floor. Who was this and why was the person sending this to her? Did she have to tell Colin and Scarlett? Probably it was just a prankster trying to scare her. Clara grabbed her phone. The unknown number had sent her something else.

What was that unknown number talking about. Clara clicked on the link and she saw an article. It was about her! Clara read the article. There were so many personal things about her in it. That she was an orphan, that Scarlett and Colin had adopted her, and that she was from England. But there were also a lot of made-up things in it.

Clara didn't really know what to do with it. Clara decided to go downstairs and show the article to Colin. She didn't want to say anything about the unknown number. She didn't want to bother Colin with that.

'Colin, can I spread- Scarlett!' Scarlett sat on the couch next to Colin. Surprised, she looked at Scarlett. 'Ha dear.' Said Scarlett, 'Hey. I didn't know you were home already.' Said Clara. 'Only just.' Replied Scarlett, 'Why did you call me Claar?' Asked Colin. 'Um. There's an article about me online.'

'About you? Let's see.' Clara handed her phone to Colin. Colin read the article and curiously Scarlett read along over Colin's shoulder. 'Who wrote this?' Asked Scarlett after she read it. 'No idea.' Sighing, Clara said. 'Have you told anyone about your past?' Asked Colin.

'No, just Lizzie, Chris, Mary-Kate and Ashley but I don't think they would tell anything like that to the press.' Said Clara. 'I don't think so either no. There's a nasty journalist looking for information to disseminate.' Concluded Colin. 'But how does that journalist know that you've adopted me? It's going around the internet everywhere now.'

'Sorry kid but such rumors spread fast. I had hoped that we could announce it ourselves when you were ready but it turns out that's not the case.' Said Scarlett, 'It's no big deal. Luckily there's no picture of me with it. They don't know it's me.'

'Dear me, the pictures the journalists took of us are already all over the place online. I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before they know who you really are.' Said Scarlett cautiously. 'I find it scary.' Said Clara. She sat down next to Scarlett on the sofa and she squirmed against Scarlett. 'I get that but you don't have to be afraid. We will always protect you.'
