"Cam! We have to go to the airport!" Called Niki"I don't want to go to the airport!" I called back
"Me neither, but that's how it is," Niki sighed, now at my door. "C'mon, Cammy."
I pouted, but stood up and followed her out to my car. I drove us to the airport. We went through customs and security and whatever before I had to say goodbye to one of my best friends.
"God, Cam, don't cry," Niki said sadly when she saw me eyes welling up with tears.
"Shut up," I smiled, the tears spilling out. Niki grabbed my arm and pulled me in for a hug. I squeezed her so tightly, more tightly than I even knew I could.
"Thank you, Niki. For everything." I sniffed
"What do you mean?" Niki asked, pulling out of the hug
"For helping me. Sending me to therapy. Getting me out of the house. Being like a big sister to me." I said through tears
"Oh, Cammy. You know you don't need to thank me," Niki said sympathetically
"I know, I know. I just- god, I'll miss you," I cried
"Hey, at least you'll have Zara and Lia!" Exclaimed Niki
"Not the same. They're like same age cousins, not older sisters," I exclaimed
"True," Snorted Niki
"I love you, Niki,"
"I love you too, Cam. I'll see you later," She gave me a quick hug again and walked away.
"Wait! Niki!" I called. She turned to look at me.
"How's Ranboo doing?" I asked, tears filling my eyes again.
"They're doing ok, hon. They're doing ok,"
