it's insane how immensely perception can affect reality
what was once a closed door
can be distorted into an open one
and vice versa
a relentless soul
can be looked at as suffering
a thousand different angles
and we can be so fixated on one
stubborn heads refuse to turn
staid statues never adjusting their positions
why take one path when there are hundreds
a buffet of choices, actions, views and words
and people dish out the plate of comfortability
don't even glance at something different
missed opportunities
at every decision
or cancellation of what just wasn't right
all comes down to ya...
