Chapter 46

Chaeyoung POV

"Alright, I think we should start with A.P Calculus." She said.

"Or, I can shower first and you can study." She continue as she grabbed a towel from the shelf in her bathroom.

Then, I heard she start to turn on the water.

"Yeah, sure." I said.

She peek her head on the door and nodded. She closed the door behind her and I could hear the water pattering against the floor. Okay, focus Chaeyoung. I just need to memorise some formulas and work out a couple questions. I heard distinctive yelling in the distance, low ones. Trying to fight through the noise and focus on homework it was no use. I slowly walk out off the bedroom but I couldn't see the kitchen considering we were on the second floor. The house echoed which scared me a bit. I let out a sigh and walk back in, sat down and continued to work diligently.

Then soon I realised the water stop, Mina must have been done. I look at the calculus problem again with a graph held out to the side and start to make a table from the numbers that were given. After a couple minutes, I felt two arms wrap around my neck softly. The fragrance of Jasmine fell behind my back.

Mina.

I start to get nervous at the same time I could smell this forever. I turn to see her hair up in a towel with her in comfortable joggers and just a white sports bra. I gulped. I stared to her toned body and I start to feel hot.

Jeez.

I look away trying not let her see my blush. She knew exactly what she doing to me. I turn my whole body around toward her and she grinned.

"How's homework? What did I miss?" She asked looking over my shoulder.

"Oh, n-nothing. I just- I was getting some calculations done and uh-." I said stuttering.

"Chaengie." She said unhook her arms from my neck.

"Do you want me to put on a shirt? I don't want to make you uncomfortable." She said.

"Uh- I mean, only if you want to. I-I don't care." I said.

She tilt her head giving me a side look with her eyes squinting. Then, she chuckled.

"I'm going to put a shirt on." She said smiled.

She walk towards her closet and I was left feeling cold without her touch. I let out a sigh. I wanted to cuddle her but I didn't know what to do in the moment. She just make everything feel, I don't know. I heard a subtle knock at the door. I look over wondering who it was.

"Hey baby sis! Dinners ready. Come down when you're ready." I heard a low voice.

Kai? I start to feel nervous, oh god. Dinner is happening now? I gulped. Wait! What did he call her?

"Okay!" Mina yelled from her closet.

I heard his footsteps walk away and patter down the stairs. She came out from her closet wearing a JY PARK hoodie and she look at me feeling ready for tonight.

"Ready?" She asked.

I look up to the ceiling looking for hope. She laughed and walk towards me. I stood from the ground and she interlocked our hands. We made our way down the stairs and the table was beautifully set up. White round plates, two forks on a tan thick napkin to the side and a bouquet of Lilies for the centrepiece. Everyone was already sitting down and eyes were set on us. I swallowed my pride and gave a genuine shy smile.

"Well, well! Is this the famous Chaeyoung in the flesh?" Kai smirked.

He walk up and stuck his hand out for welcoming shake and of course, I took it.
