Chapter 45

Mina POV

I knew school was tomorrow, but I didn't know my brother and my dad would be arguing this early. Kai and I ended last night by finishing a bottle of wine and some shows but I'm assuming when we fell asleep my parents knew he was home. Well, his car was parked next to mine in the garage. The hall filled with their voice of arguing and I groan to the sound. I pulled my covers over my head along with my pillow trying to blow it out until I heard my alarm start to ring. Wait. Did they wake up me before my alarm ring? Ridiculous! I get up and walk out my bedroom door, still hearing the yelling continued. I stood over the railing.

"Can't a girl get some beauty sleep?" I yelled annoying.

Then, I slammed my door by then they were quiet. Much better. But now, I have to start prepare myself to the school. Bummer! I walk the closet and grab my uniform yet this time I wore leggings underneath my skirt. I look through the rack for shoes and came across these adorable black wedge that I haven't worn these in forever. After getting ready, I made my way downstairs to see my parents in the kitchen while Kai snuggled up against the couch pouting. I shook my head.

"Alright. I'm leaving you guys to argue. Bye and have fun!" I said and walk to my car.

I heard a distinctive farewells in the distance when I close the door. I start to make my way to the school. I wonder what time Chaeyoung will gets here. Just the thought of her making me smile.

Whipped!

I parked my car at my usual spot and head up the cement stairs where I saw the girls waiting for me.

"Hey you!" Momo greeted.

"How's Chaeyoung?" Sana asked.

Sana cutting to the part where they both want the answer. I mean haven't seen them after the insane drama that night.

"Oh, she's okay! I don't think Somi will be the problem anymore." I said smile.

Just then, I heard the girl scoff behind Momo and saw one of the cheer girls in her separate group.

"Excuse me. Do you have something to say?" Momo asked bitterly.

"I just didn't think Myoui Mina would be a gay." She rolled her eyes.

Okay, ouch.

"Well, I mean not once we had a gay captain." She said laughing.

"Bitch, hold on." Sana said walk closer to her.

"I'm sorry but I'm not sorry. If Mina wasn't here, your sorry ass wouldn't be on this team. If Mina wasn't here, would we have made it to championship? If Mina wasn't here, none of this.." She said then paused motioning her hands in a circle.

"Would be here. So how about you shut up your fucking mouth and step back. Just reminder, she's still your captain. And with her power of respect, anytime you wouldn't be able to wear this uniform. So got it?" Sana said finished it.

The girl look at her with a glare but both Momo and Sana give a harder one in return. The girl turn around and continued talking to her friends in whisper.

"Thanks." I mumbled.

"Mina, don't swear it. Seriously, some people are just ignorant. Don't think too much." Momo said.

I nodded. Them were right. I shouldn't think too much. Just let them be. We all walk inside and separate when the bell rang. Time was flying slow and I was dreading every second of it. I started to get worried about Chaeyoung because I haven't see her at all. All I'm hoping is that I can spot her in Anatomy class which was next period. Finally having to wait impatiently the bell rang and I went to my locker. My locker wasn't far from the class. I was nearly the last one to go in though and I couldn't see pass everyone. I spotted Sana but couldn't quite see the seat right next to her. After everyone pushing pass the door before the late bell could ring, the vision was clear. I saw Chaeyoung's dark brown waves hair. I let out a sigh of relief.
