Hades' eyes followed Zeus questionably, obvious distrust in them as the male sat on the chair, a round table in between them as he said, "Thank you for seeing me, Brother."
Hades only made a gruff sound of agreement as a response.
Zeus sighed now, his blue eyes having a flash of lightening in them. "You have to let her go,"
Hades suddenly wondered what would happen if he just killed him now and saved him from all the future stress. "Your job is to convince me on why I should, not telling me what I have to do and not."
"She is already marked for death," Zeus said, the lightening in them flickered as he tried to reason with his brother. "All mortals die."
"Apparently, so do Immortals," Hades said, "Is that not why you are here? The thought of death displeases you?"
"It is not just my death," Zeus said, gritting his teeth. "Her mere existence will cause the death of not just me, but many."
"And you think that killing her would stop it from happening in another future?" Hades asked, "That a thousand years from now, another person could not be just be born and cause such a chaotic effect?"
"We would be more learned on-"
"No," Hades cut in. "All you will do is keep killing and killing them as long as the Moirai keep bringing out their prophecies of death. You will never try fixing it."
"You can not fix death!"
"Brother," Hades' voice held obvious threat in them as he said, "You will never lay a finger on Persephone. Asides from the fact that she is innocent, you owe me this favour."
Zeus stared at his brother, his eyes disbelieving. "Hades. She shall die. Even you cannot stop it."
"And I will watch her till then," Hades said, "I will prevent the worse from happening as much as I can but if you touch her. You, and those other fools on that mountain, the heavens help me, I will kill you all."

Leonidas jolted up from the bed, his head pounding heavily as he looked around the white room with heroes and gods drawings on them, his eyes trying to adjust to the light as he tried to recollect his memories on how he got there.
He remembered sleeping off in Derek's tent, then Derek waking him when the fight had begun.
Leonidas had squared enough Ares Familias with Derek at his side but at a point, he had gotten distracted, staring at a white haired female on a horse who was also staring at him.
His whole body had felt her stare first, burning up as if he had suddenly been tossed into flames but that single moment of distraction had cost him.
