lord sesshomaru with kagome and lord shiichii were just upon the palace threshold when they saw lady shizuka running att top speed at them happy tears were spilling from her eyes as she saw kagome figure resting gently in lord sesshomaru's arms. she would have collided with them in her haste to get to kagome if lord shiichi would not have stopped her . 

''slow down my mate there is no haste you can meet your daughter soon enough calm down ''lord shiichi said while feeling amused at his mate's action

lady shizuka growled at her mate ''mate you would be wise to not keep my pup away from me any longer''

lord shiichi smiled tenderly at his mate ''ofcourse not mate you can meet her whenever she wakes up let her rest now my dear ''

lady shizuka looked at her mate then at her daughter who was sleeping very comfortibly in sesshomaru's arms snuggled to his tail . before she sighed and nodded in agreement.

''lord sesshomaru i apologise for my ignorance '' lady shizuka smiled ''welcome in the northern lands and i m happy to see you finally can be settled down ''

''indeed lady shizuka this sesshomaru is elated to finally be united with my intended''sesshomaru said with a blank face but inside he was smiling wholeheartedly and it was showing in his amber eyes that both parents of kagome can see .

''now sesshomaru why don't you take kagome to her room that you know where it is''lord shiichi said while he put his arms around his mate ''we will meet you both at the dinner ''they both turned and left

''hn'' sesshomaru replied as he to started to go toward his destination that was his kagome's room

sesshomaru came upon kagome's room as he opened the big door of the room with one of his arms holding and other pushing the door open.

he remembered this room quit well when they had sent kagome in future and war was over, he had became lonely without kagome , he wanted her scent , her body near him he had became very miserable so he had asked kagome's parents to let him stay in kagome's room for few days . so he had stayed here for few days while clinging to kagome's left scent here at that time. he had become somewhat better as he stayed here in her room , getting comfort from her scent that was spread wide in the whole blue colour room . and remembered to himself that they would meet again and to patiently wait for her. and that he did he waited calmed himself down but his father betrayal and his mother's leaving the castle had taken a great toll on him and after that he grew cold , distant hard as a shell inside he was always whimpering calling for his mate . he knew only she can calm and soften him.And now here she is and he sure could see her effect working on him. 

he is never gonna ever let her leave him again because he knew if she did he is not gonna survive very long without her .
