Chapter 17- Keeping Together

I'm siting talking with Loki when Tony comes in.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Tony ask to both of you running up to Loki's cell.
"Behaving," I tell him firmly.
"How is this behaving?! You broke out of your cell!" He says angrily, overlooking the fact that the cell is locked and I didn't try to escape even though I had the chance. I decide not to tell him that for fear that I'll anger him more.
He opens the cell door and walks over
As he grabs my arm, I flinch. He ignores it and pulls me up and back into my cell. He locks it again and leaves.
"I'm so hungry," I whine just loud enough for Loki to hear.
"I know. I am too. By the way, I saw you flinch when Tony grabbed you before," he says.
I look down and nod.
We sit in silence for a minute before I get up and unlock my cell again and go over to his, unlocking it and letting myself in before locking it again.
"He's going to be so mad," Loki tells me.
I shrug.
"I'm not causing chaos. He should be happy," I reply.
"You don't have to if you don't want, but can you tell me more about how Hydra got to you?" Loki asks.
I nod.
"Well, as you know, my parents were abusive and didn't care for me. They wanted nothing more than to get me off their hands. One day, some Hydra agents showed up at my door. They addressed my parents as Hydra agents as well. I found out later that my parents had been working for Hydra for ages and were beating me up to make it easier for Hydra to harm me. Anyway, my parents gave me off to Hydra as an experiment. I still remember my number. 170329," I tell him starting to tear up.
He pulls me into a hug and soothes me until I fall into a deep sleep on his lap.
