Chapter 70- Blood

Bruce's POV
Once Loki teleports away I begin working on Y/N. I hook her up to some machines to make sure that everything I can't see is ok. Her heart rate is normal which is good. Next, I check for broken bones. Luckily there aren't any. She's still by no means ok though. She has cuts and bruises everywhere and is slowly bleeding out. I'm about to get her a blood transfusion when I realise...
I don't have any blood that matches hers.
She's Asgardian.
"TONY!" I scream over comms.
"Wow Bruce calm down!" he says.
"TONY THIS IS AN EMERGENCY! I'M NOT ANGRY!" I yell.
"Ok, ok. What's up?" he says casually.
"Y/N is going to bleed out but we don't have any blood that matches hers because she's Asgardian. I don't if Asgardians have different types of blood or not and-" Tony cuts me off.
"Bruce calm down," he says.
"Can you get me Loki please?" I ask.
"I'll see what I can do," he says.
I wish Thor and Loki wore comms devices. It would make life much easier.
I start to wander around getting things ready to possibly get blood from the Asgardians as Loki teleports into the Quinjet.
"What?" he says, unsuccessfully trying to sound annoyed and instead sounding worried.
"Y/N needs a blood transfusion but I don't have any blood for her. How does Asgardian blood work?" I ask.
"It's similar to Midgardian blood in that there is more than one type of blood. You'll have to see if Thor's a match," he says.
I look at him confused.
"I'm not Asgardian, remember," he says, worry creeping into his voice.
My eyes widen in shock.
"Can you go get Thor?" I ask.
He nods frantically and teleports away. It feels like forever between the time her leaves and when he gets back. I point Thor over to the spare medical bed.
"Do you know how to tell if two Asgardian blood types are different?" I ask.
"Yes. Run the normal Midgardian test you'd do. You get Y/n's blood, I'll get Thor's," he says.
We both get the blood samples and I run the test and show Loki the results when they're finished. He examines them and then looks up with a worried look and shakes his head.
"They're different..."

Sorry about any typos. I have a mAsSiVe document where I'm editing. Once all the chapters are edited I'll start re-publishing the edited version. Also, I'll try to stop publishing a/n chapters and just try to put them at the end of chapters unless it's super important. When I go start re-publishing I'll get rid of some of those chapters.
