Chapter: 2 《Ferocious Darkness: Heartless》

Kate pov

One, two, three, four and five. Eleven years have passed since my relationship with Mom and Dad became good, but I'm not that nasty or reprimanded anymore....In fact, I have seven siblings now and I'm the eldest.

I became concerned about those around us that I probably only listened to before...

"Mama" said the woman while crying.

"What will they do to me, have mercy, I want to be with my loved ones for the rest of my life" this is what I usually hear around me, I tried to stop my tears from falling.

Suddenly mom spoke next to me
"Kate, I told you to be brave, we won't be together forever, expect that. Especially since you're the eldest, there's nothing we can do. so let's just obey the laws of the world we live in....as long as you always remember that your dad and I love you very much."

"Happy birthday Kate, you're 16 years old today and we've talked about this situation" every word mom spoke her mouth was shaking, I started to tear up completely.

"That's okay Mom, I hope that my blood is bitter or tasteless, I can still visit you when that happens" I joked with her to replace it with happiness but I was wrong.

"Don't talk too much Kate, there are too many soldiers outside so I don't think it's possible for you to visit us" said mom, thinking deeply.

"Then! I can't see you anymore, including dad and even my siblings?" The tears that had been welling up in my eyes started to fall again.

"That's enough Kate, go inside" Mom kissed me on my forehead and whispered again.

"Kate, I'll wait here for five minutes, I won't blame you if you go beyond the time we talked about because the soldiers will send me away, you will always remember my reminders to you, we love you very much" We walk through separate ways and mom's face showed depression.

"Master Zay It's your turn" said the old man behind him.

"Amber Kate Miller Come here" I was so nervous when my name was called.

ZAY?! I turned around to see who Zay was! I went down the stairs and sat on the steel chair, and I started to sigh.....I kept placing my hands on the side of this chair and leaned back.

It made me feel even more nervous when the two irons were closed on my arms...

"What do you intend for me?! have mercy and let me go" I was restless at that time, I tried to struggle but I was getting more and more hurt.

A man entered the room,  I was in and the glass door closed again. I looked closely at the man in front of me. He is so white compared to my skin, He is so tall and his face is emotionless.

He slowly came closer and also stared at me. He turned aside and took something out of his pocket.

"Hey! What are you going to do to me?! Ha!" I widened my eyes and shivered.

I stared at him even more when I saw the injection he was holding. I struggled to get away but...

"Sweet dreams, starting today you are now my permanent pet" This was the last word I heard from that man and I lost consciousness.

"Mom and dad I'm here, we'll be together again for a long time." I hugged them tightly like there was no tomorrow.

"It's good Kate and you're back here...your dad and I love you so much, even your siblings. Don't be angry with us Kate, I'm sorry...Zay is here picking you up Kate" I suddenly woke up from the soft bed, I wiped my cheeks because of my tears, when I didn't expect there was a man standing near the window who seemed to have been staring at me for a while.

"Mom...Dad help" I screamed and begged.

After a while I sniffed because I have  instinct about that guy standing there was planning to rape me. He was approaching me, so I quickly took a sharp object and placed it near my chest, if he had any bad intentions I was ready to take out the knife I had hidden.

I closed my eyes for a moment to breathe properly, when I blinked I was pulled back while sitting then my eyes widened because Zay was now at my feet while he was not wearing a top.

"Happy to see me my new pet?" His fangs gradually lengthened, at the same time his saliva was dripping from my knees and he quickly held my hands tightly, at the same time he forced me with very deep kisses on my lips.

I was even more nervous about his intention to claim my womanhood.

"F*ck you!" the only thing I did to escape was that I struggled from his hand then I kicked him at the very weakness of men.

I immediately stood up and ran to the door, I was about to open it when someone hit the door hard above my head. I turned the door knob but it didn't want to open, I slowly faced him and looked up. At this time, I couldn't stop the cold that enveloped my skin when I saw above me a very wide hand trying to close the door.

"ESCAPE?!" he flipped me over and leaned me hard against the wide wall.
"F * C K! TRYING TO ESCAPE ASSHOLE?!" He shouted angrily.

My eyes widened when Zay grabbed my neck and was about to strangle me.

"Let me go" I begged him sobbing.

I hesitated when I got time, I bit his hand and quickly took out the knife and stabbed him in his broad chest.

I took a deep breath as he threw me to the floor.

"Argh" He shouted like a beast.

I saw with my two eyes how he removed the knife buried in his chest, I was about to get up to run but he grabbed my arm.

"F*CKING PET!!" He stared at me with glaring eyes, I fell to the floor and hit my head on the wall of the bed causing me to faint and lose consciousness.
